By setting oneself totally free of constraints, free of thoughts, free of this debilitating activity called work, free of efforts, elements hiddenin the texture of reality start staring at you: then mysteries that you never thought existed emerge in front of your eyes.

Frame shifting ideas. I started looking for Procrustean beds and found them everywhere including in my own earlier efforts and initiatives!

if it is right what he says that we look for either money, knowledge or love; or two, but never three. I wonder does this also imply that we dont care about others who value the third when you do not? E.g. money + knowledge vs love + knowledge in your partner makes you reluctant; then your partner is also relucant for your search of money?

I know hes a big fan of heavy weight lifting, because its the natural way we evolved to exercise. Sports are repetitive, movement specific activities that are a little more unnatural. So I think he means men should be out sprinting, climbing rocks, and lifting heavy weights, in a stochastic fashion of course.

Modern sport makes players and fans overly dramatic and emotional over things that are ultimately meaningless. It looks very much like PMS.

He won because of Comey's blunders and because of the Russian manipulation of social media. He LOST by over 3 million popular votes. He is in office today because of the compromise our Founding Fathers put in place over 240 years ago whereby a person can lose the popular vote (by 3+ million!) and win the Electoral College. He also is a birther, racist, bigot, and dictator-in-the-making. He has been bankrupt 4 times, won't release his taxes, and has had more top people in his cabinet and staff who are facing felonies than any other president in our history! What are we up to now? Over 20 people have been charged with felonies and one attorney served jail time already. He was lucky. I long for the days when intelligent, empathetic people were in charge. (Oh, did I mention that he LOST the popular vote by over 3 million . . . and, that he is a narcissistic s.o.b.?) I invite Dr. Taleb to change his mind about Trump. By now he must sense that Trump is not just a Black Swan, but an evil jerk who thinks it is just wonderful to put babies in prision.

I don't think worst effort means the book is bad. Some ppls worse day is better than other ppls best day right? So if you have an opinion that something is john doe's worst. Does not mean that it is not very good. Like if i say a gorgeous woman's face is her worst feature. That just means her face is still gorgeous but her body by comparison is better. And both are way above average.
