Kuin Hachisuka is the Queen Bee mixed with Knuckleduster's daughter's personality. The bees are either a result of a different user's quirk who was controlling the girl, or a queen bee itself is the user that has sent drones to control more humans to make more hives.

I think Kuin is the name of the Queen Bee.

Her quirk sounds horrific!....I love it.

Thank you for this Kuin became one of my favorite villains right when she debuted, her quirk is just so interesting.

Tamao ran away, but not to be a villain. she wasn’t a voluntary subject to the queen bee.

A good way to get around the whole not making a villain too impactful thing would be to fight a villain no one is aware of but the vigilantes since they operate outside the law and don't have to use the police or media to fight crime. A villain like Slade from the OG Teen Titans is a type that could work. Someone in the shadows, mysterious, meticulous, etc. I feel Vigilante sort of wallows in BNHA fame too much and doesn't do anything that is too new or different and they never really explore the opportunities that writing a vigilante could bring but focus on making the main characters more like heroes. The main characters hardly operate outside the law, aren't all too different from actual BNHA heroes besides Knuckle Duster, and they seem to trap themselves in arks that feel like Villain of The Week one shots that don't have a good villain. Vigilante is kind of mediocre for these reasons but at least it address vigilantes in BNHA.

@@itsjustvin7630 But MHA does ot well, each villian feels unique and is at least somewhat entertaining while Vigilante has a ton of throw away villians with Queen and whoever is behind is being tje interestimg ones but even Queen felt weak and Vigilante doesn't do much different from MHA and writes the main characters like heroes and doesn't do much to show they are Vigilantes and how that can be dangerous even if their intentions are good. Despite breaking the law they become accepted by everyone anyways and are portrayed as heroes. There isn't enough to call Vigilante unique and the characters feel shallow. MHA has similar problems but manages to still feel fresh while Vigilante doesn't try to be better or different but stay very similar to the point of just being mediocre.

Oni Bank I agree with you, her abilities allow the user to be practical in almost every situation. Surrounded by a bunch of police officers ready to arrest you? Just have your worker bees take control over them and watch as they become your obedient slaves. Fighting against a powerful foe that you need to take down, but they keep killing your worker bees preventing you from controlling them? Use a quirk you saved for later inside one of your worker bees and beat them with it. Heavily injured and are about to be killed by someone? Have your worker bees obscure there vision and use the chance to flee. She would be a great asset to any villain team because of how versatile she is, and just imagine if she was apart of the league of villains during the training camp arch. After they captured Bakugo they could've just use the bee's to essentially brainwash them afterwards which would cause a whole lot of problems.

That would be interesting and entirely possible, Their is a phenomenon called swarming that occurs in some bee species where instead of killing other queen candidates as most queen bees do they just force their siblings out of the hive with a few workers each. Since we know that animals can evolve quirks and that quirks can be passed down to offspring it would not surprise me if the initial queen bee to be born with with this quirk had multiple offspring queens who then went trough the swarming phenomenon and each attached to different hosts. If these offspring were to repeat the process there could be hundreds of them running around. What interests me is the idea that the parasites merge with the brain of a host turning them into a living hive this would mean that at some point the eye would have to be removed or the queen would have to eat through it. No person is going to willingly sit through that so they must be in someway restrained or unconscious when it happens. So what if the bees are either an artificial creation of someone or where discovered by and are being cultivated by someone ?

Aww shit, I actually just realized that I made a character with power like this some 10 years ago. Like, it's pretty similar with controlling a massive swarm of creatures (in my case, demons made from living shadow that could form themselves into various shapes and entities like swarms of bees in cartoons), but I'm not gonna pretend I'm the first one to invent such a concept.

Vigilantes first arc is so far the only good arc in this manga as they seemed to have heavily shifted the focus from the action and intrigue to idol shenanigans and slice of life stuff

It’s never fully elaborated on all we know for sure is the character (or rather body) we thought was the bee quirk was seeing controlled by a queen bee in their head and the bee itself mentions changing bodies. So what I think is likely is either a bee gained a quirk or someone’s quirk made them a bee and that bee possesses different people the resulting personality being a combo of both. We don’t know if there is more then one queen though

Just finished Part 5 manga. Please do a 'the beauty of Scolippi/Rolling Stone' video. (Maybe near the end of the anime or when he is animated). I really think his stand should be talked about more because of it's nature and the themes of death and fate.
