The Beauty of Football - Greatest Moments [REACTION]

My name is Michael! I teach geography, history, religion, social science and physical education. Way too many subjects if you ask me... I don't claim to be an expert in any of these subjects.
Although I am pretty awesome at PE!

I grew up in the US but was raised by a Hispanic family, and it irks me that here in the US when someone says "football," they think of US football (which I still think is a misnomer). Futbol is awesome and this video brought me to tears. Thank you! :D

@@cyclonemouseuhh, if you knew the history of sports you'd know why they're both called football. 😂

The Ajax game broke my heart, we were supposed to play Liverpool in the final that year. Fortunately I'm a diehard Villa fan. Let's gooo.

Glad TAA’s corner taken quickly in Liverpool’s 4-0 was in here. Clever move in a great game, the power of Anfield is real.

A strange story about the Germans' 7-1 success against Brazil at the World Cup: At halftime, Germany was 5-0 ahead against Brazil. Coach Joachim Löw told the team that they shouldn't play so hard anymore, after all Brazil is the host... But Andre Schürrle was in the toilet when the coach made this speech. In the second half, the Germans played less strongly out of respect for the host country. Except Andre Schürrle, he scored two more goals to make the final score 7-1. It was only after the game that he was told that he shouldn't be playing so well anymore. xD Gorgeous...

Aw, loved the reaction as it was balanced and respectful. I'm portuguese so I might be a tad bit biased (I like to believe I'm not) but I completely share the "Ronaldinho made me fall in love with football". I was destroyed after 2004's euro final against Greece but I was happy those "malakas" took it home. I'm a fan of football magic, football moments. Love Cristiano, R9, Ronaldinhos, Messi, Juninho, Quaresma... FC Porto fan here and still in love with the sport and the underdogs! Love a truthful reaction when I see one. Keep at it!

Ronaldo fan. But the debate ended the day Messi held the world cup above his head. GGMU 🇾🇪

As a Romanian I am a little sad because they didn't show the only goalkeeper who saved 4 penalties in a game, or one of Hagi's goals from the middle of the field. But it was a good selection

Those semi final UCL games with Spurs and Liverpool, is probably the most insane shit ever. The 2nd leg game combacks were INSANE. The cheeky Trent cornor kick catching Barcelona off guard was legendary man! Both games major upsets... U can never forget shit like that, haha ^^ I remember a post match interview with Trent, that shouted out the ball boy, who actually set him up and i think he even made Trent aware that Barca was sleeping at that exact moment.

The more humiliating thing in the 7-1 game against Brazil was, that Germany just stopped playing seriously after the 6-0. No more drive to the goal, no need to sprint to get a ball going out. They could have scored way more goals. And they didn't even bother the one goal for brazil, only the goalkeeper was angry about the defense being sloppy. It was just a goal of honor.

Glad someone else rates Iniesta as highly as I do. IMO if I'm making an all time XI, Iniesta and Zidane are competing for 1 spot, yes I have him as high as Zidane I really think Iniesta was that good. Although I will disagree on the best gaol, for me its Bergkamps VS Newcastle, blows my mind every time.
