I don't think the major players ever thought about playing American football for money. The most recent and also the most striking example is Messi. One of the best players ever and one of the two best of the last generation. He had a very long and overpaid career and this year he left the top level. In any case, the point is that he was able to afford to refuse 1 BILLION 600 MILLION (I don't remember if it was dollars or euros but there's no difference anyway) that the Saudis had offered him. He preferred to come to play in Miami to advertise the sport in the USA and enjoy his early retirement. Certainly this is a striking example. I live in Italy and players from the minor categories after a few years of career go around in Ferraris and settle down for life. The ones I'm telling you about are practically unknown and are light years away from the players you see in these videos. If you still think that professional athletes of this level could consider risking their career by switching spots for 1 or even 10 million more, you still haven't understood what a shameful wealth we are talking about. When I see a mediocre player (not a mega-champion) earning 10/15 million a year, + bonuses for any results, + team sponsorships, + personal sponsors, + TV rights, I really think that this world have something wrong.

3:10 I think we converted an American ;). Yes, the build up. We don't need Marvel action every tictok min. It's the action that pays off. Look it. All American sports have a championship every year. Foreign, from America, ie real Football (hence the name ;)) every 4 years your nation can prove themselves. No takebacks, no 7 games bs. Nations get group then real knockout. Champions League, 2 (home and away) until the the actual final.

if ur actually liking this sport i have some advice for u .. 1. dont listen to people who ccompare players and specially the people who compare ronaldo and messi cz every one of these two players has a different position and diff playstyle for example messi is a play maker u cant put him striker bcz you will eliminate most of his beauty as a player whicch is dribbling and his amazing skill cz strikers are 1 touch players most of the time some people call strikers box players , howeever im not saying that messi isnt a good striker but he is better at playmaking and everyone knows that . 2.if u actually like a player i would suggest that u read some documents about the player for example david beckham there is alot of doccumentaries about the player when he was playing for real madrid also and the ups and downs for the player itll make u have more passion about the sport and inspire u and make u respect the player more that u like cz of their bacckstory 3. ofcc we cant forgeet about the rules of the sport like simple ones like offside etc and i understand there is some fifa rules that are hard to understand but by the time if u watch more youll get the hang of it, like there is a rule in fifa so if the defenderslided and touched the ball with his hand for example people would say its a penalty but if his hhand is the hand used to support him to maintain his weight then its not a penalty and there is also many rules 4. football was always about love for every youngg talent and respecting eevery player and what influence they gave for the fans of football and yeah thats it and it is indeed much more than a sport like i bet every true football fan has teears in their eyes after watching this videeo

Of course it might mean just as much to the teams winning, but a local school team somewhere might be just as excited to win a tournament as a big team is winning the champions league, should they be included? Excitement by the team winning isn't the determining factor in relevance. They can't include every country, every league. They should have shown some south america, sure, but it's just not as relevant as the champions league.
