I had a similar interaction before. I got downed in front of an enemy warden and I said "um, how's your day?" They replied with: "Longer than yours" then bayonetted me. I wasn't even mad, that was a great one liner

I was there! I even show up in the video, 1RG Bearded Vulture lol. I was only there for the middle of the entire 2 day long battle but it really felt like we could've lasted forever, even without reliable logistic resupplies. But when those resupplys did come, we took the beach within minutes. Silver Stands!

also some lore I was in the first barge to land on partisan island and we met 0 resistance in our landing but didnt have enough recourses with us to actually do anything and the wardens managed to respond before sufficient reinforcements came

And it's survived for the past few months, at least on Silver (we call it larp island now). When we took the Island of Silver from the blue team this war (War 110), I was proud to see that they left a signpost there that said praise the Pile :)

War 108 showcase of faction culture for me was when we were dueling against collie arty. When we were hitting the collies, they packed up and set up another location to avoid getting hit. When we were getting hit, we just sent more men.

Well, I found that playing near the peak times on very active front lines, or looking for stuff that looks interesting (like in the video, I saw this island that was completely surrounded on the map and "Silver Stands" on world chat, so I decided to check it out) leads to fun shenanigans. But I also like saying yes to people in the area you're playing in or in world chat. I've seen people asking for tank gunners, people to form a tank-hunting team with, grenade rushes, or making a squad just for cutting off enemy logistics. Just use your mic and be nice, and people will do the same (mostly). If you have questions, don't be afraid to ask. I once saw a guy teaching someone logistics in a truck then the he said "wait I gotta brb for a bit, gotta say goodnight to the kids" hahaha Or that one guy just simply asking "Do you want to be an effing pirate?" to everyone he saw. That led to 7 guys on a boat who mostly met that day, singing sea shanties hahaha

Just like other games which are driven entirely by the player base, like EVE Online, I'm sure there are plenty of amazing war stories that could be told about various Foxhole battles and campaigns.

Yep, even today we were holding a "culturally significant" piece of land for the green team while we struggled to establish a logistics route while under fire. We even had someone playing foxhole music made by a player, and were in awe as all the bullets seemed to be missing our bard. The players really make the game. There are more war stories than I have time to edit :D

Sadly, we can't "steal one" but I heard we can kill the crew and push it to our side. Can't shoot torpedoes though. Heard siegecamp hinted a bit that they will give Wardens destroyers and collies subs eventually, but we'll have to see.

This happened on Able shard, right at the start of war 108. The wardens just surrounded us really quickly, and I guess if anyone wanted to play a last stand for some funnies, they decided to spawn here hahaha

Well, Foxhole had a Halloween mode that was basically humans vs zombies, and the humans did have battlemechs. Sadly they stopped doing the event, and I never got to experience it because I only started playing foxhole this year :( Also the blue team has a 40K clan, the 82nd Death Korps. I once saw them hand out grenades to like 60 of their guys and they rushed a defensive position like that. Die, respawn, group up, get more grenades, just wave after wave.

What does "must be on gold" mean? Ermmm I censor chat for 2 reasons: 1. Intel leaks, though my videos do come out pretty late compared to when anything happens 2. It's often concerning. Funny, but concerning. I don't have the time to read through it all and make sure it doesn't contain anything.... strange or awful, to say the least. Once saw world chat talking about what the best tank was. To date.

Sometimes. The big clans work together for operations and stuff, but sometimes if someone is convincing enough, they can get randoms to work together. Forming sneaky anti-tank squads, huge grenade rushes, teams to cut off enemy logistics type of things. You just have to ask nicely :) I once joined a tank line that was formed when 3 tank drivers passed by the base and just said "Yo we need gunners!" And that one guy that yelled at everyone he saw: "do you want to be an effing pirate?!" good times.

I thought it was because the community had somehow been cleansed, but almost as soon as the Charlie bois left able it started going back to the old toxic one we all know 😒 hopefully it'll stop but I feel like the only way to do that is if Charlie goes away again... now when it comes to reddit, that's just reddit idk.
