The dough looks like fluff! Millions of people love this recipe! Buns with condensed milk - a simple recipe!
Ingredients:
150 ml warm milk.
Add 1 tablespoon of all the sugar (100g).
Add 6 g of fast-acting dry yeast.
Mix well.
Add 5 tablespoons flour (450 g).
Mix well.
Cover and leave to rest on a table for 15 minutes.
1 egg.
70g melted butter.
Add the rest of the sugar (we need a total of 100g of sugar).
Add 1.5 g vanilla.
Mix well.
Sift in the remaining flour (450 g flour in total).
Sift in 1/2 teaspoon salt.
Knead the dough well in a bowl.
Put the dough on a table.
Knead the dough on a table.
Add 1-2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Knead the vegetable oil well into the dough.
The dough should be firm and homogeneous.
Grease a bowl with vegetable oil.
Cover and let rest in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours.
The dough should rise well.
Place the dough on a table and divide into 2 portions.
Divide each part of the dough into 6 more parts.
Form a ball from each part of the dough.
You should have 12 balls of dough.
Cover the balls with cling film and let them rest for 15 minutes.
Roll out a ball of dough.
Put the filling on the dough.
I used 360g condensed milk.
Add 2 teaspoons of the filling.
Form into rolls.
Cut out the dough with a pizza cutter.
Repeat after me.
We have 12 nice buns.
Place the buns on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Cover with cling film and let rise in a warm place for 15-20 minutes.
Mix 1 egg yolk and 1 tablespoon milk.
Brush the buns with the milk.
Sprinkle the buns with sugar.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 25 minutes.
Let the buns cool completely.
