Hands down, Daniel Day Lewis is the finest actor of our generation. It seems so fitting that he would marry the daughter of one of America’s finest playwrights. An extraordinarily interview. I’ve rarely seen Lewis this unguarded and engaging. :)

Their marriage is pure hypocrisy, there is nothing beautiful about their story He is an excellent actor and I like his films but Rebecca their films are all average and her talent is also average.By the way her career is irrelevant and mediocre and as a writer too Just do a good search to see what he did with Isabelle Adjani and two beautiful couples that you they actually praised secretly married and at that time he had a girlfriend named Deya Pichardo with whom he lived, they married without the girl knowing. But he and Rebecca deserve two narcissists.Just research her father, what he did with her brother who was born with down syndrome, and she pretends that her father .

I think Isabelle couldn't provide him what he needed, which is stability. He wanted someone who would become a part of his life, his home, which is in Ireland. Isabelle didn't do it, Rebecca did. It seems that Rebecca is beautiful, intelligent and a lot more understanding as a partner, as a wife. Their relationship probably is based on friendship, he probably doesn't have that passion he had with Isabelle, but he chose compatibility over passion, which us artsy people have difficulty doing. Being an artist and a fellow Taurean, like himself, I understand the madness, the passion.

I have a favorite movie of Harrison Ford that I have watched for YEARS. It's called REGARDING HENRY. It was filmed in 1966. I had never known that a minor role in that movie was the wife of Daniel Day Lewis. SHe is certainly beautiful there as a young lady. But now in this video, I can appreciate both of them even more.

I thought this movie moving and somewhat autobiographical based, like so many other of her films, on the father-daughter relationship between Ms. Miller and her father. I can pick apart the symbolism in her stories so I always look forward to her films.

I recently watched the film and I like it in general terms. Of course, Daniel Day-Lewis is always great, his acting makes better any film he is in. I liked the story between the teen daughter not knowing what kind of relationship to have with her sick, weak dad, the way she wants to reach his heart so close that it could become dangerous for her.

She is so beautiful! Daniel Day-Lewis is so lucky.

Charlie was pretentious in this interview and he cuts off and gives pregnant pauses. It’s like acting here. He did have great interviews though and gets people to dialogue and analyze in depth in a way that doesn’t exist on TV now.

This was a beautiful interview. When he asked Lewis why he stays I character and it was apparent Lewis was going to dig for a genuine answer I cried lol. Like, that’s what we all want to know, and we got it.

I think the iterviewer works on 'Hard Talk' on the BBC, he is probably afraid of the Irish background of Daniel which makes this interview brilliant. When I see Daniel acting I think often is he acting or is he not!?
