I try to exit the trade by 10pm EST and If I see displacement after the NY test I'll enter on a 30second if I have to ... The 30s S is the lowest I will go for nq and then ES the 1 min ...

I understand the concepts in your videos but where I fail is the exact place where to apply them, I imagine that this happens to the majority, i know liquidity sweep, judas, blabla etc... but... my winrate it's low. A similar video like the one you made about PO3 or like this one about Asia would be nice to "mechanize" a certain structure or "areas". Thanks :)

Thats a good idea ... I tried to do that with this video Maybe I cut to much out ... Should go see test wait for displacement and then enter on a retracment into the fair value gap... Every setup I have I make sure to create entry critera It will help with your win rate... and give you a proper way to backtest setups

Hi Jered. I hope your are doing well. Thank you for covering what to do when price shoot through the NY closing price. It happened to me the about the 3rd time trading Asia session. Good to have confirmation that I did it correctly. A lot of times new traders like myself assume the wrong thing. Maybe covered 9/28/2023 Asia session. I missed the entry due to no testing of FVG and/or ITOB on the 3 min, but testing of FVG on the 1 minute ( occurred at 8:19pm EST). How would you entered on night like this? I didn't want to make up silly strategy. Thank you for your time and works.

I would of dropped down to a 1 min on ES and a 30s on nq You have seen me using one timefrmaing on live streams right ? I'll also do that bet it won't go above the previous bars high ... Small risk big reward

It really is a solid strategy.. I had an issue with my Google ads account getting hacked and suspended so naturally KZread killed my channels growth... Got it fixed now it's growing again ... I'd be at 20k subs if not for that I'd imagine

Thanks for another great video. This clears up some of my confusion. I was not able to take the trade today but wish I had. That might be an idea for a video, jumping on the AST after a big up and then down. Probably just a fvg would work but your insight would be appreciated.

Sup bro! Appreciate your strategy. I just finished backtesting Jan and Feb for NQ! based on your rules: retesting the 4 pm. candle open, displacement, and entering when retracing to FVG, with entry time between 6:45 and 7:45 pm. I got 14 trades, a 35% win rate, and a total of 4.4R. I used discretionary stop losses and targets, but mainly targets for the nearest draw on liquidity, and tried to exit before 8:30 pm to avoid reversals. I think the differences in stop losses and targets are the key points in making this strategy profitable. So, if possible, could you please make a video demonstrating the backtesting process for Jan to Feb? It would be helpful to see how you handle different situations in each trade. Cheers.

You have to forward test it. Back testing is never very accurate it's gonna be skewed based on your beliefs of the setup it's self. Last night was a 20R trade alone. Think their has been 3 this week but I'm making a Asia session video now it will have 10+ live trades in the video and many of them will be AST

On days where price is far from your 4pm line at 7pm then the bias should be to trade towards that line. I would think this makes sense since traditionally Asian traders are typically looking for mean reversion.

I will back test I need a Asian session strategy bad I work starting at 6 am EST to anywhere between 1 30 to 3 30 pm EST . I'm in a constant state of fomo trying to catch moves in the pm section and taking stupid silly trades on my prop form evaluation accounts . I hope this works. I trade SMC/ICT anyways so hoping this is a good strategy

I've never tried it with forex but I've heard it works well with it. The The reason that this works is that the stock market which is what NASDAQ is made up of is actually stocks right so the 4:00 p.m. price is important because the stock market closes at 4:00 p.m. therefore it kind of accident in my opening in price is drawn towards it more often than not so I don't know if it works with forex never tested it.

ES and then NQ and on platforms it will be ES.cme and NQ.cme for someone new ES is gonna be your main girl then as time goes on nq becomes your side chick lol

I liked the strategy so I backtested it for the whole 2023 year. I was able to make 20R for the first 6months. But lost it all in the last 6months of the year. I didn't change anything in the strategy. There might be some missing rules or info. Not convinced

This last week on 1 trade I made 30R ... Can I ask how you back tested a full year ? Which product are you trading on ? I've had others back test it and the results are 60% - 70% and my own forward testing is 62% win rate with an average R:R of 8 ... The rule set is simple use the Nasdaq and if price creates a fvg after having touched or gone through the 4pm close enter in the direction of the fvg.... But there is time specifics 6:45- 7:45 this is the window of later nope if earlier nope

I already have I am forward testing it ... Meaning tracking my trades for just November 7 win 1 loss ... The average winning trade is 16 points with risk of 3.5 points ... Not quite 8 but I also scale out so if I didn't it would be much higher

It doesn't give many false signals ... It's either there or not ... Profit target is dynamic and so is stop placment if your using a fixed stop and or fixed profit target your testing is gonna be wack ... The market is dynamic and should so should your trading
