Great video, very informative. I think you should do a "Basics of shooting" video just to show your hand placement on the ball, how your elbow should be, what you look at when you shoot etc.... I am a coach and I am always looking for different ways to teach my kids how to shoot. A basics of shooting video would be great for my team and for me, thanks man.

I remember telling one of the younger dudes I used to ball with back home to “ghost” the defender or basically see through him by only focusing on the rim. His shot became automatic and damnit when I had to play against him it sucked. He could pull up even with my outstretched hands and the shot was money. Lethal Shooter’s techniques were working way before I ever found them. Money!

CollinsMC try to shoot with one hand (without the guide hand) from close range and then apply the guide hand and move it the other way when you shoot

I have all the dribble moves used in this video, but my arm isn't strong enough to pull up, and then release while I'm in the air. I don't think I have to release in the air but it would be helpful since I am most likely going to be playing against bigger defenders next season.

@lethal shooter I have serious doubt how do you focus on the rim when you're coming at full speed and trying to pull up and shoot over a guy? I always thought that practice shooting from that location so that in game the shot would be automatic through muscle memory

That seems(sp?) tip is on point. Shot off the dribble last week feeling on the seems and was surprised when i made two shots in a row. Thanks bro! Got to get better at my dribbling though. Well check out JFB Athletics!

Of the stand im a pretty good shooter, very good actually, off the dribble I'm a pretty good shooter too, the thing is a lot of coaches have brought up about the way I completely swing my legs when shooting of the dribble, I argue with them saying my upper body and shoulders are in line with the basket. The thing is I have a trial in the summer in Budapest (I'm from the UK) to go and join Real Madrids academy for basketball. Do you think the scouts at the trial will care about my swinging an kicking legs.

when I shoot my right elbow(i'm right handed) is pointing a bit to the side + i tend to shoot from the side of my head. im not a great shooter but neither a bad shooter. do you think i have to adjust it? because every time I try to hold it inside I can feel the tense in my back muscle and I have to force it inside.

Teach us how to shoot... some of us don't know how to shoot the ball... my form is not consistent it will go in 20% of the time... sometime it hits off the backboard or it will hit off the front of the rim... just want to learn how to shoot the ball... Thanks😊

Whenever I shoot, I notice that in some situations I push the ball off the side of my hand, which causes the shot to be off and have a lack in power. I would also like to find a different form that works for me, but whenever I try I just can't stick to it. Any tips on hand placement or finding a form that works? I'm a 13 year old kid by the way.

I have many questions I'm 16 years old I'm not the biggest kid I'm a 5'9" point guard/shooting guard and I've been getting bigger in muscle wise and my form is still like middle school type ya know where you kinda have to put some power into it like lamelo well mines sorta like his but I want mine to look something like yours or currys how would I develop that? I really wanna know I have the handles and can easily get into a perfect position to shoot just I can't make it because I release the ball REALLY fast
