I keep coming back to watch it over and over! I love his books!
Wonderfull mesage. I already shared it with people who will certainly appreciate it. And I want to learn mucho more!!! Thank you. Gaby, Lima Perú
Amazing speech, "Another Element is, that your Skills are challenged to their highest level, sometimes a little BEYOND!"
I experienced the state of flow .. and it’s so true ..the results are great and the feelings as well ! Pure satisfaction !
Excellent talk. Thanks.
Fascinating presentation - leadership in action.
The lack of immediate feedback is probably what makes studying so dull or flowless

You're definitely right. One thing I learned that can be done is to make your performance or progress with the material be the focus rather than the material itself. For example designing a metric by which to evaluate yourself on, the simplest thing being memory (how many failed attempts to recall) or even how many gaps in the understanding you were aware of. It is most important that you have confidence in your design!! Aka if I evaluate/test myself on these parameters then I'm sure to say that I 'know' the material. And if I am sure to say that I know the material then I am sure to pass any test on that material.

By that same token, the presence of immediate feedback when studying one-on-one with a tutor can make learning a lot more interesting and worthwhile.
What a perfect example of effective communication. Found 7'Cs in his speech 🥰

So good!
For leaders: "people pay most attention to...what the most powerful person in the group says or does. The leader is the most powerful person, for better or for worse. You have a secret weapon .... using the social brain...." How people are feeling at any given moment is how they feel in your presence. Bam!

He explains in a scientific way that you're able and responsible to shift an entire company's mood and feelings, so if you can manage that, you can sway outcomes without even saying anything.
What about neuro-divergent people, how do their brains work with regard to what is being explained in this talk?
Simplemente estimulamos a los demás o los undimos con muestras conducta.
How best to exploit your staff !

The Art of Manipulation: I - control YOUR Emotion! - Not YOU mine...
The human scientific explanations of emotions are interesting..But the spiritual understanding is explained right in the bible..

I am going to guarantee that I do not the ability mirror the other persons brain. I do not understand people I do really enjoy being around other people I am not sure what comes first not understanding (relating to them) or not wanting to be around them.
