Loved this talk! Needed now more than ever. A billion women empowered by the year 2020: Believing in the possibility of choice and what is possible, becoming comfortable with what is uncomfortable, making things happen by tuning in intuitively and being aware of the "time piece" i.e. birthing process of a notion. So many nuggets of gold here: women are the key to our global sustainable future, ask for help (mentors), communicate with a higher power, meditate, trust your intuition, re-frame negative situations into positive opportunities. Inspiring!

Amen. As a man my favorite saint has changed thanks to Ingrid. Used to be a little known saint, Feofil a fool for Christ, but now its Mary mother of Jesus. At the wedding Jesus said the Guests had enough drink, but when his mother Mary asked him, he turned water into wine. When you women know what you want to happen, even God will do what seems impossible to enable your desires to be fulfilled. Blessings and love to all beings and thanks in-particular to Ingrid.

I've been working hard on figuring out exactly what I want to do with my life and how I want to make a difference and your right it takes time and a lot of thinking we've figured it until we really do. I recently fractured my vertebrae and just had a spinal fusion 29 days ago. Well the past two years I've been trying to recover I really dived into understanding myself and what I want to do with my life and listening to incredibly people like you who are helping me in the right directions. Sorry not my time yet. She should have said that from the begining so I didnt have to listen to the whole shit.

I've lived with a hard of hearing spouse for 18 years. She will never speak like you do. Life is hard for many of us. Is hearing about your fairy tale suppose to help me somehow, and if so how?

I have heard from so many men that adresses only men so I guess it was about time a woman did it. This talk also reminded me of the fact that many successful people do believe and practice the law of attraction.

I liked this talk. This woman poured her heart out. What she looks like now is pretty irrelevant, trolls (she is very pretty, though). I can imagine her as a little girl struggling to be everything she knows she can be; despite what teachers/principals were saying. Really, this is an ode to great parenting. Without the support of her parents, this woman would have been put into a box she really didn't fit into: mentally disabled. The same thing happened to Les Brown and look at where he is!

I think in some way shape or form weather its God, stranger, family, our-self.. We have everything we need to believe in a dream/goal. You can say anything you like about someone who appears to have a different means but at the end of the day it's on the individual to keep striving and pushing for what they themselves believe to be possible. Enough bitching about how life is not fare, do something about it! The you for sharing your story it's real and humbling to know how other's face obstacles and choose to think other wise for the greater good of life and possibilities!

It's interesting to me that most of the negative/critical comments being posted are from men. My guess is that a certain genre of men (not all men) who have grown used to sitting in an undeserved position of power are getting very nervous about the incredible levels of growth women have been going through. Rather than be happy for their sisters they would rather choose to tear them down to maintain their level of comfort. Thankfully, women like Ingrid cannot be stopped by the critical actions and words of men. Keep up the great work Ingrid!!!
