Zma at night, no calcium. Better sleep, morning wood (test boost) better exercise recovery. Mostly for older dudes who need higher zinc because of less enzymes

Yes ZMA is a very underrated product , when taking it before bed it makes sleep much deeper , it makes you feel much better in yourself, more energy, less soreness, better sleep , more manly , better skin tone , ect ect, A six month study To take zma or not take it you can defiantly feel the difference when not taking zma , god bless you man and your dog.

High Zinc means you need Copper as well as it will deplete it...
I take multivitren for sleep and vit eq for appetite
hemp seeds, nuts, lentils and kidney beans are a great source of zinc

zinc is pretty much used by everyone now
Read what Andrew Saul has to say about zinc...it's very well tolerated at WAY higher doses than say 40mg a day...
Can zinc cause a sedative effect? I bought Zinc piclonate 22mg tablets yesterday and took them last light around 6 pm i felt very calm and sleepy after taking it. Not sure if it was the zinc or something else but i felt very calm alnight.

Yep zinc is calming and anti inflammatory, while calcium is the opposite. The zinc piclonate which you got is the best too

Very high doses are needed for this purpose, 100 milligrams or more.

Jerry Brainum ah. And those levels probably are enough to impair the immune system and reduce copper levels.
Zinc is a trace mineral its just as important as magnesium i take 15mg of zinc every night to help the body heal after a workout.
I like these videos but maybe edit some of the side notes.

Make sure that the mahnesium in ZMA isn’t magnesium oxide, it’s most used form and it even lowers magnesium.

I have Researched Alternative Health for over 20 years. I tell people if there interested in the subject then start with a Book on Minerals, find out what the Body does with each one. Like Chromium & Vanadium.

After I watched this video I still don`t know if I need to suplement zinc or not....Sometimes I have low energy at the gym but no other symptoms....may this be the sign? I try to keep my nutrition on point, however I can during a day. Sometimes it just doesn`t come out as it should.

Dont take more than 50MG. 30MG and u will be ok

ZMA puts me in a deep sleep

Depends on your total intake, but generally speaking 40 mg is the upper limit.

Hi Jerry I advised someone ZINC and just a stupid lame look it's already in a compound multi-mineral vitamin sheet. Damn typical boomer Tuuper ware and sheets baking. But I know it's ABSOLUTELY DIFFERENT isolated ZINC ... Glad, as hell I didn't point this out verbally you don't know still. I don't want to know what'd happen if I continued speaking.

Sam Your ZMA might also have melatonin in it which causes some people to have very depth dreams. Magnesium itself does not cause anything sleep related. Magnesium is a skeletal muscle relaxer.

if you don´t have a deficiency all micronutrients do nothing. If you eat healthy and clean chances to have a deficiency are MINIMUM
Luckily, any one-a-day multi vitamin.mineral tab has all the zinc you can use.
