Look if someone sees the light, you welcome her. You do not say "I told you so", and even worse you do not make her apologize or do anything like that. Perhaps she will, but you be the bigger man and welcome the person who opened her eyes. It takes some effort to see for someone that she is wrong and not everyone can do it, so she actually deserves some credit.

Where was this sympathy for people who were being blackmailed, etc, like Johnny Depp, Mel Gibson, etc. Ezra represented a massive shift in Hollywood that it wanted to promote as the next age of progressivism and he failed by falling so flat and revealed a massive nut and scum bucket he was.

The fact that Disney wants to villanize the Jedi, is the equivalent of them wanting to villanize Mickey Mouse... Its beyond stupid as it is a self-destructive tactic. Because a committee of special-ed illiterates whose entire lives revolve around screwing and and drugs and therapy and/or being a victim of imaginary enemies write them. They suck hard at their simple jobs, so Disney chops them up into a scrapbook of scenes and then tries to staple them together. This is on purpose, because ALL fruits and carpet-lickers and other protected people want to "out" us so they can destroy our lives, be it get us fired from jobs, kicked out of homes, you name it, because they hate you, Straight Christian White Man. But I've come to the realization that what I knew as Star Wars has long since died and there's no resurrection. I've greatly mourned the ruination and subsequent passing of something so great and such a huge part of millions of my generation. Ok, hold on... So they encountered force sensitive kids in the woods and per their mission as the Jedi they still went to investigate. When they did, this coven of witches attacked them by mind controlling at least one Jedi. In an act of self defense, they broke that mind control which in turn killed the witches which the Jedi had no way of knowing that would happen and they were also not given any other choice. When their leader then transformed into something else, the Jedi had no indication of anything besides hostile intent given the previous actions and made a move to then defend themselves again and killed her too.... So in what way did the Jedi do anything wrong? I know they're painting the Jedi as villains, but the actions taken tell an entirely different story.

That last little “I would have let her go” could only be a last minute attempt to dig the needle in.

I think the point here is that Andor has no future, no matter how well it's written. If Andor is their best series and it has fixed end point it's kind of done deal because that end point is looming ahead. With series like Acolyte or such if it was done good it would have potential to be a bigger thing, which is probably not going to happen simply because it's so bad. From THAT point Andor is pointless. It cannot became a next big thing and I also think it was done dirty by everything else been so bad so very few was even interested giving more slow burning show a go.

@@tubetorpedo Yeah from that point it is done for but this stinks of the "muh content" approach which kinda got us here. Yeah it's only for taht long you can stretch the prequel to character with well established death before it becomes ludicrous but you can jump from Andor to some continuation/ I mean I doubt anyone expected Buffy to have like 8 series and a spin-off. Yeah again this is the problem, we are focusing too muhc on this long term IP mining. I think that especially now people would react better to a scenario where you have, for example, Andor gets it's 2 maybe 3 series top and then same team goes working on another show focusing on some less explored aspects of the setting. Hollywood is hurting itself with overblown projects with both out there permanently escalating premises and budgets. So even from this long term sustainability perspective... I am not sure. Remember Snyder sold Rebel Moon to Netflix on the back of these kinds of promises. But yeah I can see the point in that sense. But I've heard people repeating this in a sense "Andor dies so show is pointless and not worth watching because I know what happen to him in the ends" with both Andor and other stories and honestly that's just stupid.
