    Nice. I'd double and triple fried wings before, they come out pretty crispy. It has never occurred to me to use a pressure canner to fry. Will look into into getting one and to try your method.

    I do a similar method already. My method is to dry brine my wings with kosher salt and sugar on wings. I use is 1/2teaspon of sugar to 2TSP of kosher salt on wings. The rest of the steps I do are the same. I would like to see wings done on the offset.

    I believe Chick Fil A pressure cooks their chicken too but with peanut oil. Wings looks good! Thanks for the vid.

    I think the 15 qt would give you more room so that the pieces are not touching and you can make more at a time.

    Great video Jake! I have a 30qt All American for canning and am trying to decide on purchasing the 10qt or the 15qt. I tried these wings in my 30qt (as it is the same diameter as the 15qt) to prove the concept. My feedback on the prospect of purchasing the 15qt would be longer recovery time between batches due to more oil. Still can't decide which route to go.. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

    All American canners are the shit. I'm too lazy to go through all these steps for something as simple as wings, but I'd say they were good.

    @praetorxyn you don’t have to separate them. You can smoke them and do them all together for 10 minutes. Listen to the last 2 minutes. I give some critical pointers on that :) 🍻

    @@RumandCook Yeah, but I’d hate eating whole wings worse. Separating them doesn’t take long, it’s just a tedious 5 or 10 minutes.

    Dayum! Those look good. But, way too much work. Heck, I grill or broil wings with simple salt and pepper. Lowish heat. Flip as needed. Done when crispy.

    You can do them in one day. Trust me as someone who has cooked wings on many different grills and smokers, this way is worth the effort. 🍻
