The 40K a Month Tech Contractor: Insights, Success Stories, and Expert Advice
Today's episode features Justice, a UX independent contractor who has expertise in building apps. She experienced a layoff which prompted her to redirect her career path and become her own boss, aiming to avoid future layoffs. Through perseverance and dedication, she established her own company and now takes on contracts to create and enhance the UI/UX experience for various companies' apps. This story is particularly inspiring for individuals interested in entering the tech industry while maintaining control over their schedule, rates, and overall independence as their own boss.

This was great episode Justice has grown so much over the last two years. Looking forward to more good content from you
I thoroughly enjoyed this interview. How refreshing and inspiring to hear about this type of entrepreneurship.
Kayla !!!!! This was so good ! I FELT SAFE LISTENING TO EVERY WORD YOU BOTH SAID ! Its has been the best 30minutes I've spent on KZread ! So often we see videos that float around the web that seem scam-ish but this video you could tell it was the real deal ! I cant wait to apply this knowledge !
Man! It's the mom coming through in the clutch like, be your own boss and standing on it. I really pray more of us can get and be the support system we need for our family members to thrive. A simple, "you got this, I know you can do it," and actually being the support system to see it through, does a lot.
This was a great interview and a fresh perspective on a 9-5 and how you can make it your own thing because everyone may not want to be an entrepreneur per say but this is an option many may be interested in pursuing
You are a great interviewer. Even though you know tech you know how to ask great questions (and follow questions) for clarity and step by step. So thank you for that and for this podcast!
Remember when you have a lot of money and don't know what to do with it, just make more (i.e.: buy ecommerce stores or recession proof companies) Also, invest in an accountant or finance manager. Research an ultra-high-net-worth financial firm.
When I say I love to See it.. I love to see it. Big Boss Black Girl Luxury

Great video!!
How do you get into the tech field if you have no prior experience or degree? What are the steps that someone needs to take to launch themselves into that field?
