That place has multiple fences before you can get to the main property which is also fenced. And being on a hillside means some approaches are difficult to approach using a vehicle. The weakness of the place is that it is dependent on having electricity. A day without electricity would make the place disgusting since there is so much indoor water that the humidity would become unbearable without the constantly running A/C removing the excess humidity. This is a great problem with houses that try to have flowing indoor water.

They probably priced in the cost of having it designed and engineered to work structurally. Also looks to be a steel structure which is expensive. Then you have stone features that are not manufactured, facade or veneers. Those things add up. They'll never get their money back on it but a lot of those features show their premium in person

They probably priced in the cost of having it designed and engineered to work structurally. Also looks to be a steel structure which is expensive. Then you have stone features that are not manufactured, facade or veneers. Those things add up. They'll never get their money back on it but a lot of those features show their premium in person
