Thank you for video .question I am using addidas metalbone however I feel that I start to have tennis elbow .any recommendation on a racket and how to avoid tennis elbow ?

I have heard people have it with that racket. Maybe a softer and lighter racket?! Also make sure the grip is comfortable and you aren’t squeezing too hard…

@@TheFunmon if u are having elbow issues with that racket and you want another adidas racket that helps you solving that, i would recommend you the adipower ctrl 3.1, im a semiprofessional here in malaga i can tell you that of all the adidas rackets ive tested its the one that have a better balance of control and power, but if the elbow its being a big issue for u you should search for a soft racket control racket from another brand like bullpadel or starvie
