I got to check out three today at my dealer, XRT, Calligraphy, and Luxury in matte bronze. This thing is a home freaking run. Would love the XRT wheels on a Calligraphy. The 21 inch wheels are just silly. We have potholes - give us sidewalls!! Now, to convince my wife that we need this in the driveway ...

Honestly, if I were in your area, I would buy from you two ladies. I don't like male salesmen. The product is outstanding and I just bought the SEL Santa Fe this week. You both do a great job and a proud benefit to your dealership.

Kia, Hyundai, and Genesis have done some really nice things in the last decades. I would have never considered a Hyundai, much less a Kia, 10 years ago. I did wind up going Toyota on my recent purchase but I was very intrigued by the Genesis GV70. This new Santa Fe is a very strong step in the right direction for Hyundai design. I intend to keep my eye on these brands for a future purchase!

We ordered a Hybrid Calligraphy for Delivery sometime around May. Got it in Ultimate Red with black. The only weird quirk with the car is that there are no HVAC controls for the second row that they can use - yet the third row gets control!

I can't quite figure that one out. Why give kids (if any) in the third row control and the passengers in the 2 row none? The driver can control the 3rd row hvac from up front.

Unfortunately, the no spare tire is a deal killer for me. I live in a rural area where roadside assistance is not a realistic option, and many times there's no phone service. What trims have a spare tire?

Do you get the manual sunshades in the hybrid trim? On paper, the XRT doesn't get them, however i took a look at one at my local dealership and it had them!

Pecan interior reminds me of makeup foundation color, but also coffee in certain lighting. I'll have to check it up close!

I like the color of the wood that's paired with the brown trim. I wish that color was also available for the Calligraphy. While i really like the Pecan Brown on most leather interiors, it almost seems overdone here, especially on the door switch panels.

only thing missing is how the 1/3 of the bench tilts - in ev 9 it moves in a way childseat can be installed and still be able to go into 3rd row

That’s weird that you don’t get a spare tire in Canada? We have this same Limited trim level in the states and it comes with a spare tire under the body.

I think spare comes with FWD and none with AWD.

Did they change the white paint manufacturers? The white paint on my Sonata is peeling badly. Hyundai sent me a recall notice, but it expired 4 months before I got the notice.

Do those have a fire suppression system Or a melting wire warning light.

Is there ambient lighting on the doors or just the dash?

Don’t buy cheapo tires and keep them properly inflated and you should be fine. Also pay attention to old cracking tires that may still have good tread life. Punctures aside of course. Most people you see at the side of the hwy with a flat I bet had low pressure for miles and miles

IMO it's just the new steering wheel button arrangement for newer cars. I get confused with my EV6 vs. my Forester sometimes.

I know the Calligraphy, and probably other trims do. Unfortunately the Hybrids lose the tire, probably a space issue if not weight alone. This is my experiance south of the border, can't swear the Canadian models follow suite.

Can you turn off the vehicle attention warning?

It doesn't look to have many more features than my 2019 Santa Fe XL.....so i don't see the point restarting a finance term on this...... I think i 'll keep my XL for a year or 2 after i've paid it off...
