Grew up in Colorado and used to be Rad, then became a dad… 10 years later I get stationed 2 hours from Tahoe with 3 crotch goblins. I bought this board to get back into the swing of things on a budget. You literally explained exactly what I was looking for in this board. Cheers to molding my kids brains into boarding before we retire back in Colorado!
I love my 2019 Agenda highly recommend for beginners
Thanks for the review. I have the 2022 version. It seems they took the same top sheet from the ride zero for this year. Love this board for what it is, and for what I am... which is just a 42 year old coming back to snowboarding after 18 years.
Just got a 157 wide for 150$ at a end of the season blowout sale. Super stoked to see this thing’s potential!
Looks great sounds like a step up board for my son he wants to advance to a better board
Hey, Ive seen your video on top 5 beginner boards, Ive been snowboarding maybe 15 days in total, I can go down reds with occasionally eating shit (Once or twice in a day of riding as I try to do some ''trick'' ive seen on youtube). Im 6ft1 230lbs. I was looking at the size chart and it looks like I should be 161W, do you think that is a correct assessment? Also, If I wanted to get Ride Shadowban instead of Agenda, is it a good idea or not really. I dont really ride park as the slopes I go to in Europe dont really have that, so mostly all mountain with some freestyle/eating shit from time to time.

I wouldn't get it. Grab the 61w Agenda.
How does this year's version differ from previous years and are they all good for a progressing beginner? I found a 2015 one, but the only information I can find on it says it's a flat rocker, no camber.
@AngrySnowboarder

Well you kind of just answered your first question there. That'll be even easier to ride.
Hi! I'm a beginner who has only snowboarded 3 times and I want to get more serious about improving. Is this board good for women as well? I've been seeing board recommendations for men specifically and women specifically. Any suggestions since I am choosing between this board and the heartbreaker? What size would be good for me if I decide to pick this board up? 5'4" 170lbs 7 or 7.5 women's boot
@AngrySnowboarder

3 times probably not the right board for you.
Sup Angry! How would this compare to the Capita Pathfinder CAM for a relative beginner?
@AngrySnowboarder
Жыл бұрын
It’s stiffer and has more snap, basically a little more assertive.
Hi man! Im 185lbs, 5'11 and my boot size is 11 should I go for 154w or 157w? I am no beginner anymore. I've not been hitting park yet but planning to do so this season. Also which board should i go with this or k2 geometric?

@@migueltapia2790hey man, I'm same specs, just 11.5 boot... I bought this board a year before this review, and I love it. If you have any questions about it, hit me up. I went for the 157W and have no toe or heal overhang/drag.
How would this compare to the 20/21 machete? Thinking of updating and have enjoyed using that board.

Hey, I am a beginner snowboarder I went to a ski shop trying to get this board (based on this video). They were sold out so they set me up with the ride zero. Do you think it's all right for a beginner? Am I screwed? Thanks!! (Ps I am 6'1 185 pounds with a size 10 shoe, they gave me a 159)

I'm a progressing beginner rider making quick progress and looking at getting this as my first board. I'm 5'11" 157lb and US size 7.5-8 feet (different sized feet). I've found a used one for great value but it's 158cm. Would this be too much board for me and a struggle to turn?

Too big.
Great review, looking to buy this as my first board. What are your recommendations for sizing? From the website it says that the recommended weight for a 158 is 82kg/180lbs, but from other websites like evo it says 95kg/210lbs. Im 220lbs myself (6 foot tall with size 10 boots), and am keen to get in shape before going on my trip at the end of Januari. Would you recommend sticking with 158 or go for a 161 wide?

Definitely want a wide and whatever the high 150's wide to low 160's size is. I'm far too lazy to look it up.
Hi angry, I am a beginner snowboarder but i am picking it up quick. Until now i used a rental board but i am thinking about buying a snowboard. I am looking for a board that i can use until i am mid intermediate. I will use it mostly on the piste and would like to do some tricks and small jumps while going down in the future. I will probably not be in the park that much. I am deciding between the Ride Agenda and the Salamon Sight. I weight aprox 90 kilos (198 pounds) and i am about 187cm (6'1) my feet size is EU 44 (10.5 US). What would you recommend between those? Or would you recommend a completely different one? I was also wondering if it would be best to get a binding from the same brand maybe in a set or if that does not matter that much. Thanks alot.

At your ability level, just ride more you'll be fine.
Came here from your top 5 beginner snowboard video, I'm looking to buy my first snowboard. I've had 9 hours of lessons and just got back from my first trip where I snowboarded for another 15 or so hours. I can turn but I'd say I'm still at the beginner stage in terms of actually carving etc. 5'10 190lbs and boot size 10. I want something I can progress from beginner to intermediate with that is good bang for my buck. Would you recommend this or something like a Yes Basic, K2 Standard? And also not sure what size I should be rocking with. Thanks!

I’ve been riding 4x now. I live on a ski resort in Colorado and my co worker who has 20 different boards recommended I watch your videos. I plan to stay out here long-term and want to learn how to snowboard well enough to go down any run. I never skated or wakeboarded growing up so I do fall a lot but I I can make it down the bunny slopes without falling and I’ve made it down a green handling the turns well.. should I get something more basic than this board? PS. Renting sucks in 2024

Great review! I’m looking at purchasing this for myself. I’ve been currently riding a 145 Rossignol sawblade. Once I start gaining speed I feel everything in the snow and im also too big for the 145. I Can link turns but id definitely say im a beginner. Evo says 149 is good for up to 165lbs. Ride says 149 is good for up to 135lbs. Im 5’5 155lbs. Should I go with the 149 or move up to the 152 where evo says it’s for 100-180lbs and ride says it’s for up to 150lbs? I do like riding smaller boards

Hello Angry, i'm willing to buy my first board as a beginner (completing my first season), i was wondering what would you recommend between this and a yes basic? i'd like a board to learn on but that could also serve me well in the future. I'm looking for something that i can keep using as an intermediate, i mostly do grooming but i'm willing to learn buttering and flat tricks. Not interested in speeding through the track. Thx, and keep on the good work, your channel is super informative!
