Love this binding! I'm a 10.5 nitro team boot, and it fits perfectly in a medium. Super damp, less foot/leg fatigue, and surprisingly stable in a carve!
I own the team and team pro's and love them. Have over 50 days on them and they're a game changer. No more knee pain and am about to ride all day now compared to just couple hours before

I am thing about these two Price difference is only 25$. I prefer riding on the slope and carve. If there is fresh snow, i sometimes go off for a little bit of freeride. What would you recommend?

@TheN3ckol I'd say get the pro's personally but they're basically identical. The pro's u need a screwdriver to adjust the highback forward lean where the regular teams just have the flip came to adjust the highback which is more convenient. That's the main difference tbh
I own a pair of the 2022 pro's and the heel strap caused me alotttta hot spot pain above my ankle. Having some better luck this year
Agree on sizing, medium barely fits a 10.5. I sold mine after the first day because I couldn't get the adjustment I needed.
I LOVE the Team Pro! The medium fits my size 9 SLX so perfectly. And the mini-disk stays locked into the baseplate when you remove binding from board, maintaining binding angles when switching between boards. I've previously spoken with Nitro reps, who state their ankle strap costs more to manufacture vs an injection molded strap. Maybe doing a deeper dive into Nitro's materials and manufacturing process before making the *possibly outdated* statement that "all sewn ankle straps break down over time"?

Oh you mean the guys whose job it is to sell the product told you that it's better? Strange. I'll stick with the current statement of the cold hard facts.
Ride orginal team, tryed the Pro and did not like the bigger ancle strap and dont like i cant adjust the forward lean on the fly. Sometimes i want it all the way forward for carving and sometimes i feel i like to play and relax that lean.
i ride team pro with bataleon surfer board, i think they work together pretty well
I got 2023 nitro team pro binding + Niche Aether snowboard. Hope it will work well on me
I have over100 days on the 2021 Team Pros on three boards. Seem to be the same binding with no changes so I'll offer some thoughts. Very high-quality bindings, make the Cartel fell like something from Kmart. Extremely comfortable and damp, great toe strap, good adjustability, you can ride them all day every day. The only wear I've seen is, the foam at the top of the highback will tear over time and, the ladders will show signs of wear but that's it. They still work 100% after 100+ days, I think you get your money's worth. Now that it's time for a new set do you have a recommendation for a bindings that offers all the attributes of the Nitro Team Pro but has a new school ankle strap? Thanks again for the reviews and feedback.

Why not just get new ankle straps and ladders and run the same everything else?

@@AngrySnowboarder Good question, I've debated doing that but promised a buddy I would sell him a board with bindings. Pass it on, get assholes on the hill and such... My friends are so cheap I give them all my old snowboarding clothes too, it's like Eric's Goodwill for deadbeat ski and snowboarders.

Go with what works. Get another pair. I'm trying to decide if I want to put the Team Pro on my Blur and leave my Drive on my Yes PYL or vice versa. Not sure which board the skate-tech would really work the best on.
The toe ratchets/strap length are the thing I hate the most about my Nitro bindings it always takes a miracle to get the toe strap on with my 12.5 boots on the L/XL binding.

Lengthen your strap... Or move your heelcup back. I'm size 13 and I have zero problems with mine.

Heel cup is all the way out and the straps are the furthest setting forward and on the last tooth on the inside strap. It might just be my boots since I only have the Solomon line to base this complaint on since them and Rome are the only 12.5 I'm aware of

Hey Angry, buddy of mine is looking for effective dampening on new bindings. I suggested Nitro, Now, or Burton. What am I missing? He's on a 2020 Orca. Thanks mate.

Now isn't that damp. The Bataleon bindings are super damp as well.
Hey man. Great videos. How would this mesh on a 159 Rome Blur? Good match or what would work better in the same price range? Thanks from Golden!

@@AngrySnowboarder I went with the Team Pro. Have you reviewed any of the Flux bindings? I was looking at the CV as an option.
Hey angry and community, I recently bought the Nitro Team Pro Bindings and I wonder how you feel about the highback rotation. On my old Burton Mission Bindings I rotated the highback parallel to my heel edge. Now my questions are, does the highback rotation make a big diffrence for performance or is it kinda useless? And are the 3 holes on the highback of the Nitro Team Pro Bindings for the highback rotation? Very curious about your answers!!

Do you prefer these or the ride c8? I can get either one for the same discounted price right now and both look good.

Hey Angry, did you have any issues with the screws loosening on the mini discs? I rode them for 2 days and both days they came loose. I just recently put loctite on but haven’t gone back out yet. I agree with the ladders, annoying as hell but they def break in.

What do you think is the best binding for Neversummer proto synthesis?

Rotational bindings.
@AngrySnowboarder

Whatever that tether strap is that feeds wood into a wood chipper.
Got these along with the Team Pro board cause I'm a fucking try hard. Ratchets like to stick up a bit, causing the quick release to get hung up, getting better as the break-in.
@TripleB808
Жыл бұрын
How do you like the setup?
yeah, 10 size boots are barely inside, barely getting the grip of the straps, had to do some adjusting in order to stop having them open in harder turns but overall great binding, they just could do them to fit size 11 as the larger size binding is too big for 10 size boot
You think these or the Phantoms would be better on a Wired Directive?
