What's with the lack of exhaust note on the CS? The Competition is far more spirited, pops and bangs on downshifts.

Great video, just noticed something weird though, in the M5 comp you get the burbles and pops where as the CS doesn’t have those burbles or pops, watched a few videos trying to see if it does but it seems as if they have taken it away on the CS model, can anyone confirm this?

I believe it is a 30k diet and you said it right man. But the car is worth the money if you really think about it but how much money for the car. But it is a nice car over all.

Is it worth to go for this as a more practical alternative to a Porsche 992? Or is the 992 miles above this in terms of driving enjoyment?

That's an interesting comparison. A 992 is just a very different driving experience. Rear vs front engine dynamics, shorter wheelbase, less weight, available manual gearbox, etc. Both are a treat to drive, but they're so different, it's hard to juxtapose them.

Im 250 lbs. All I have to do is loose 100lbs. I would save almost $12, 000 on that $30K diet.

I don't like the rear bucket seats and the front seats are a bit much. 👎

The 4.4L V8 hot-side turbo engine is a beast, but not reliable.

Diet = Weight Savings. The joke is that the CS is a $30K premium compared to the M5 Competition and you're essentially paying for weight savings.
