@@michalsadovski I wanted to reply similarly on the original comment. Your experience isn’t the exception with modern Audi’s. They have fastly become the most unreliable, and most expensive, German brand and one of the most unreliable manufacturers in general. It’s mind boggling if you think about the Audi’s of 30 years ago which were very reliable, considerably less expensive than Mercedes and BMW and some models were freaking fast too. All down the drain....

Also imagine not having to brag about how "thrifty" you are for buying a particular brand over another just to compensate. People buy Audis for the tech, the fit and finish and the styling. People buy Kia and Hyundai because they're not rich enough or too cheap to buy Lexus.

Only the tallest and largest SUVs (Tahoe, Expedition, etc.) require a step-up. The entry height of typical CUVs is about the same as adult standing height, and their doors tend to be taller, so you don't need to bend your knees and back as much to get in (which is especially good for old/overweight people, surprise surprise). Kids will need to climb a bit more, but evidently parents don't care.

Hello Mr. Doug. I have recently seen your review videos on automobiles and am really loving the way you get into in-depth details on the specifications of vehicles, what's necessary and what's not and how improvements can be done to each vehicle reviewed. I'd like to make a request for you to review the Lexus RX 350 Premium VS the Lexus RX 350 Luxury trims with each having the 5 Spoke wheels. I'd really like to spot out the major differences between both trims and to know which trim is better for a selection if I am to get a Lexus RX 350. Thanks - Noelalbert Eden.

Its not just the headlight switches that brighten when your hand gets close! The vent controls do the same, and then dim back after you've made the adjustment. Also, the front map lights come on with the slightest touch - Reach your hand toward one, and as long as you touch any part of one, it comes on., goes off the same way. Cooler still, and just as unnecessarily wonderful: Put your hand into a door pocket and the pocket magically becomes illuminated until a few seconds after you remove your hand. No more searching by feel. Also, Doug missed that the accent lights are two-tiered and both strips/areas can be adjusted separately for color and brightness. And these are only a few more of the lighting quirks and features ;)

I went with the ‘21 Audi A8L 60 TFSI, which is the V8 Twin Turbo. It’s not an S, but identical and slashes $30K from the price. Depends if you want 3.3 vs 4.4 in 0-60. It’s still amazingly fun and $110K, you’re not losing any luxury. At the $140+ range, I’d have to argue for the R8, although this definitely is stealth with room for many.
