1:15 slight correction: #8278 is actually an SD40T-2 and not an SD40-2. it was leading the consist bc SD45R #7551 was dead and couldn’t start, so they grabbed another engine from the yard (SD40T-2 #8278) and put it in front of the consist to be the new leader of the consist, but kept the consist name as 7551 East (even tho #7551 isn’t the leader anymore of the freight).

Actually the engineer Frank Holland stays in the cab and he climbs out of lead locomotive 8278, severely injured. Anyways, good video

I’m pretty sure that was a typo at 1:13. That’s actually an SD40T-2, and that particular one was at the head end when the runaway occurred.

Also in 7:59 couldent is not spelt like that its spelt like couldn’t
