When we do festivals, we have them sitting in an ice chest and sell them that way.
I was considering the soaker but just ordered the cabana had no idea it was soakable also

It is a very durable hat that works SO WELL keeping you nice and cool all day long.
I have been using this hat everyday for a month but its starting to curl a bit in brim after getting wet, any tips on how to make brim flat and even again?

there are a couple ways to reshape this hat. 1. You can place it on a can (example: coffee, oatmeal) so the brim doesn't touch the table and leave it in the sun for an entire day. 2.Take a hair dryer or steamer and slowly reshape as you heat it up.

how does the cabana soaker differ from the mens mesh soaker

The Cabana and Soaker are different types of mesh. The soaker has a soakable liner and is a water-resistant mesh and the Cabana is a regular mesh. Both can go in the water, both have a UPF 50+ UV protection and a wide brim breathable/packable, vented sun hat. Hope this helps clarify the differences a little better.
cabana have a chinstrap also?

They do not come with one, we do have a video on how to add one yourself, it's really easy to do. You might be able to call in and see if we can add it for you.
