Looks like a decent starter set, just add a few used wedges and your all set

Agreed. Also, change out the driver. It doesn't last long. Other than that and some wedges added, go to go.

Well you could buy the 16 piece and have a sand wedge too

I highly recommend it. I have the 16 piece set and I absolutely love it. I changed the driver but I still use all of the other clubs.

My grandpa bought a set about 2 years ago and he played them for about a year and they were good I even you the irons for some time, but they needed like a sand wedge or something to just use around the greens I ended up getting new wedges and put and 56 and a 60 in the bag and it was pretty much complete.

Seems like a solid set for a beginner. Would definitely need to add at least a sand wedge to the set.

Just getting into golfing finding out I’m a good beginner. I’m definitely getting these clubs but the 9 piece on sale for $250

The set I seen at DSG had a sand wedge included.

It's going right because you're aiming right. Look at your foot alignment at 9:30, you're pointing exactly where you're hitting.

I got the 600 dollar set that has the 4H and SW. As a beginner, I am very happy with the set. The 7i is my current favorite wedge. And yes! The putter is amazing, and it makes me look like I know what I am doing. Side note, I know this is like 8 months later, but what do I need to do for my videos to trace the ball like you do, in video? Thanks! And great review

I have been wanting to get back into golf for many years now. I was never amazing at it but after my clubs were stolen I just couldn’t bring myself to buy another set. What would you recommend as a good well rounded set for someone trying to get back into it? On a budget btw (4 kids are a bit more of an expensive hobby than golf).

I haven't used the Wilson's, but if you are a beginner? Get the $600 set, which has the 4h and SW. (I saw you got hurt, I hope you recover soon).... and for everyone else, I have this set, and it's pretty good to go. I just started on my golf journey at 47.

Im trying to get into golf and this seems like a good beginner set, however they look short. Im 6'3", you think they will be too short?

yes, you could buy golf clubs and add 1" to it into your order or you could buy standard size and go to a proshop and pay to add an inch. most cheaper golf sets dont offer any size besides standard.

I bought my ser at dicks for 500.00 with driver,3 wood 2 hybrids and 6 irons and putter,with bag. First set I bought since 1976. Love them. 69 yrs old and 10 handicap

They have 2 sets. He got the smaller set, as the bigger set has a 4H and a SW.

This set is perfect other than the driver. The driver will fail considerably sooner than the other clubs. These club heads are bigger than average for a reason. It's meant for new players to get use to the game.

@GolfersAuthority I changed out my driver for a TM Stealth. Other than that, I still use my Callaway Strata Ultimate set.

Costco callaway edge set is better imo.

So basically he hates the set except for the hybrid

These look like junior or ladies clubs.

Driver is sh!t. Mine broke the second time I used it. The rest of the clubs are decent.
