The #1 reason you aren’t sleeping!

So many factors influence our ability to sleep well, but they all come down to the #1 reason that I explore in this video. Once you create awareness and understanding around this one reason, you will be able to create a plan to fix your sleep.
Yes, I am talking about the state of your nervous system and how your body responds to danger, whether real or perceived, and stressful situations.
Unfortunately the pace of modern life and all its demands means that many of us are caught up in a constant state of fight or flight. And whatever the individual reasons for this state, the results are the same for everyone: increased anxiety and restlessness, which make it hard to sleep.
