The negative speed force is not the only place safe. In the comics it is shown that the normal speed force is also sade from timeline changes

Thawne is a living paradox. He runs in and out the time stream so much.

If i recall correctly there was a comic like this. Barry decided then and there that Thawne was at the end of his time. When he showed up again, flash tore his pegs off and beat him half to death with them. Thawne couldn't even vibrate to avoid the blows, Flash was that fast. In the end, he let thawne live, by reattaching his legs on backward, and taking his eyes. Said comic was a one shot. Wasnt canon but damned the Flash can get more brutal than bats when you push him.

Nora has always heen one of my favorite characters especially during season 5

Even if he was against Barry he was always proud of him😊

It was because he discovered that he was destined to be future flashes arch enemy and then forgotten by time. So instead of denying it, or trying to do the "reverse". Because it's really all dependent on your mentality and willpower kind of like how the Red Lanterns use people's trauma and rage to make them red lanterns the negative speed force corrupts your mind and makes you have no self control and Extreme Rage but with how many times Barry has been in the negative speed force and been around it he must have the willpower to resist it.

This Nora over the second one. She was more like her mother than her father and had that fire iris had even though iris is human. Iris stood down the baddest and the best.

Looks like the writers forgot season 3’s ending, the time paradox wipes out a person within 3 seconds or least, not slowly decompose it.

This show was so afraid of corruption arcs, so much so instead of making Barry evil they just cloned him to explore an evil Barry instead of actually trying to write him going down a dark path
