My theory is that Barry,Thawne and Godspeed went into flash time which caused lightning to move slower,which then allowed them to use lightning as swords

Reverse flash is no doubt the best speedster in the multiverse

You can really see just how powerful Barry and the other speedsters have become. Able to hone the speed force into a lightsaber, no way! It's such an advanced technique and such a powerful tool. Forget moving at speeds approaching lightspeed, swinging around glowing sticks at regular human speed is far more dangerous and intimidating. It may look like some kids playing sword fight, but I was on the edge of my seat and the dramatic looks on everyone's faces really sell it! The writers of this show really know what they're doing!!!!

Pretty much every speedster villain that initially required the effort of several people including Barry got solo'd in the finale. And Zoom was the most disappointing one. Dumbass was building speed for a lighting throw when he could literally snap the necks of everybody in that tunnel in less than a second.

The actor who wore well's face should have always play the rf when he appeared last time on season 3 episode 1 he was the real thowne his real face.. the fact the actor who plays wells still plays rf pisses me off a lot because it doesn't make sense. I edited to correct some stupid mistakes I did somehow and to add some more stuff

Man I feel like I'm the only one who actually enjoyed this fight. I never thought they would add the Speedforce constructs to the show. And this showed us a way more interesting fight then running around Central City again. And for everyone saying they aren't using there speed... they are. They have to be using there speed if they are holding the swords or else they lightning would just disappear. It's called cinematic timing where something on screen is slowed down so the audience can actually see it.

The saddest realisation here is that there are likely many many paralell universes out there where this scene was written and directed soo much better than this. But unfortunately we live in the universe where they thought that 3 speedsters fighting with lightning lightsabers that they can somehow instantly conjure after witnessing it only seconds before, and partly in slow motion was really the way to go for this seasons climactic battle.

I wish we would’ve had a moment of Barry and Cisco geeking out over Barry being a Jedi after this fight.

To be honest, it’s a bit funny how the looked each other and be like, “Wait, he can do that, and all this time we never thought of it?” Not sure if that really is or so. But look awesome

Bro tom cavanagh carried the show for straight up 7 seasons it took so much out of him he had to play so many characters Nash wells H.R wells Harry Wells Sherloque wells Eobard thawne Reverse Flash With all having different personalities

Barry: Takes multiple, life-threatening swings at Godspeed with his speedsaber. Thawne finally manages to stab him and ends fight. Barry: "Thawne!!!", acting as if a potentially mortal wound wasn't part of the plan.

Yeah, barry ligtning is not yellow. From season 1 until 3 it's yellow. He come out from speedforce. It become little red and yellow. Become like an orange lightning

@@AdamTheBearCat2976 it's yellow, it just has an outer glow (aura) which transitions through gradients from yellow to red, the middle most gradient being an orange, but the physical lightning itself is clearly yellow, at least on my colour calibrated monitor and watching Flash a number of times. Barry having a yellow light(ning)saber would be a Jedi Sentinel or a Jedi Temple Guard, i'd go for Sentinel personally.

I watched the show up to end up season 3. Wanted to see how they did Godspeed that’s why I’m here an I thought it was epic when he made a sword from lighting but laughed to tears when flash and reverse flash did it so casually

This turned from “The Flash” to “Star Wars” very quickly.

it’s so funny seeing the scared reaction shots, since they don’t see body cam footage, they’re just looking at dots on a screen

Godspeed had this giant presentation when getting his lightning rod and then Barry and thawne just do it with ease 😂😂😂 poor man never stood a chance

The greatest villain in this series is Reverse Flash played by Tom Cavanagh. He is just so methodical and focused that nobody can match how insanely awesome he is. I've always wanted to see him fight another villain speedster to show how much better he is compared. Pure ruthlessness.

If you think about it, thawnes pull back cowl is the futuristic one seen as he made that suit 2 centuries from now and if you pay attention to small details,thawnes suit looks mechanised a bit so the nano tech suit is dope and futuristic but it's not from the future like thawnes

@@briangohzhen Yeah I was never a big fan of the show to begin with, but season 1 was great. Season 2 declined but the intrigue still kept you hooked. But season 3 was garbage and the ending was even worse. I had to stop because it was so bad it was driving me crazy.

i've seen quite a fair amount of clip from the flash, and regardless of which season, it always looks like a fanfiction. this one take the cake with the "let's make something different, something new" categopry with those speed force lightsabers
