He is absolutely correct about stuffing! We haven't stuffed the turkey for ages because by the time it is safely cooked, the turkey is dried out. Just dressing with gravy is my vote.

Oh wow he does the thing where he straightens his jacket and fixes his cuffs in real life like he does in the Bond movies. I Always thought that was a move he created for Bond but it's actually like a nervous tick that carried over into the character.

We don't have Turkey with stuffing in the South. We have Turkey and Dressing. They are cooked separately. My granny always puts oysters in her dressing. I thought that was a normal thing until I went to other people's homes as I grew older. I love my gravy, but I can't eat her dressing anymore, but after having it without those oysters. I have the honor of making my mother-in-law's sweet potato casserole these days. My MIL has dementia and isn't able to cook anymore. Thankfully, she used recipes to make things so were able to keep some things the same even though nothing is the same anymore.

Daniel Craig continues to surprise and impress me with his performances. I had no idea who he was when he took the lead in the Bond franchise. The man has skills and talents that are truly a pleasure to witness, and if he is a friend of Stephen and Evie Colbert, he clearly deserves respect!
