Actually, you're undervaluing the marketing potential of social media. Do you know how kuch these influencers get paid for a single ad on their page? Think of it, 15 million followers, a conversion of just 0.5% will get you 75,000 new customers, that's a lot. Like I said, there's a reason brands pay these influencers in the thousands to hundreds of thousands for ads for ads on their page.

Well...not quite. I understand your dislike but that popularity can be leveraged to great degree when selling products. Why do you think companies establish working relationships with celebrities? The celebrity/influencer is a commodity themselves that can establish a new customer base. How many products do you or have you tried on the basis of a recommendation from somebody close or known? That influence is something that can be commoditised because it shifted you towards a particular product or service, it is therefore very valuable. Sadly, it's not always a positive influencer or celebrity but their allure is undeniable.

I agree, "influencers" are a cheap version of tell sell..... it's just selling crap products. I avoid these people at all cost.

Steven is the worst aspect of consumer culture IMO.

Deborah wasnt going to invest from the start, she just wanted something to make her "out" look good. She accepted nothing of what he said! She was right about the logo though, the one with leaves was more interesting. 100% respect for Sarah saying point blank and quickly that she was just not into it!

He accepted Touker's offer to stop Touker from selling to him the famous Touker studio :p

LOL, I realised in 2019 if you have skin issues (I had dermal scalp psoriasis), cutting out sugar (what psoriasis feeds on) cured my dry skin overnight. I also had dry skin on arms and elbows, just by cutting out sugar solved my problem, and went keto and never looked back......... ✊

I hate businesses like this. Skin-care products are not gendered whatsoever. Most of them come in plain bottles with a label. They work the exact same for men and women, you just need to select products that work with your skin

Her environmental credentials are second to none. Her makeup is cruelty free and her hair vegan gluten free and dairy free. Her clothing may well be made using sweatshops in China by children under 7 working on a few dollars per day and on machines running on fossil fuels... but let it not distract us from the essentials of her otherwise excellent environmental credentials!
