There would be no real way Thanos could defeat Dr Doom with or without the infinity gauntlet. He’s defeated Galactus, beat Thanos before, and even fought Darth Vader. He’s basically immortal.

without artefact, Doom has no chance vs Thanos. Thanos with earth of the universe is way more stronger than doom with infinite stone btw.

Doom with any Infinity Stone is a petrifying prospect.

I feel like you undersold just how powerful Dr. Doom really is. In the comics, he survived two blasts from the Infinity Gauntlet with all of its crystals loaded in, and still trash-talked Thanos after the second.

Doom took those blasts during the Infinity Gauntlet event, which was many years after the Secret Wars story, in which he stole the Beyonders' power. in Infinity Gauntlet, Doom just had the armor he always has, he wasn't at all boosted. read the old comics, instead of sperging out online. you don't Have to be rich, you can read them for free online. dammit, can't figure out how to tag you on this iphone account.somebody else tag him, please, lol

If I decided to become a super villain, Dr Doom is who I want to be.

Dr doom is by far the most dangerous marvel villain. I know marvel comics ranks Read Richards as the most intelligent person on the planet. But putting that aside, Victor Von Doom would come in at a close second in Intelligence, however I think he would best Read Richards in Creativity and Ingenuity. He's created and mastered technologies that blow Read's mind! And as smart as Read thinks he is, others can rival him. Tony Stark in fact playing a game of chess with Read while holding a deep conversation put him in check, simultaneously across 10 game boards. Read never saw it coming.

as someone who has followed the progression of CG over the years it's almost hard to believe how much it's improved in the past 20 years. not just for games but in live action movies. in another few years flesh and blood people and animals will no longer be needed in movies and tv programs.

Doom would've easily won, he ripped out Thanos' spine while thanos had the gauntlet And he cured and then uncured the fantastic 4 just to prove he could do it

Dr. Doom needs to be the main antagonist of the MCU's phase 4. Well, either him or Galactus. They're the only 2 who can top Thanos (Dr. Doom as a villain mastermind, Galactus as a destructive force). Well, there are other powerful Marvel villains too (Dormammu, Mephisto, Kang etc.), but those 2 are iconic and could easily carry a movie phase like Thanos. Magus could work too, but he needs too much set-up (Adam Warlock hasn't even made his grand entrance in the MCU yet).

Theory: The avengers and silver surfer will focus on defeating galactus and doctor strange will use the time stone to rebuild earth Meanwhile thanos and loki will go get the soul stone from adam warlock And once he gets the soul stone Thanos will be coming for the avengers And while thanos vs avengers is happening Doom starts to become god doom
