superman's speed is pretty inconsistent so unless he sends him to a red sun that takes away his powers right away he could likely get back in like a minute since superman has been shown to go at such speeds that he should be able to wrap space around him letting him get back in like no time at all i mean hes been shown going to apokolips without a boomtube implying he can can wrap space/make wormholes tho personally i don't like the idea of superman being that fast but i also just like a more tone down version of superman, in my head canon superman is much weaker then he usually is in comics he's still faster and stronger then wonder woman but more on par with manhunter and caption atom

Great animation and awesome storytelling! However, in a crossover comic, Galactus and Darkseid did fight each other. During the battle, a starved Galactus proved to be levels above an avatar of Darkseid. Heck, even the latter's Omega Beams had zero effect on him. However, when the World Devourer attempted to devour Apokolpis, he couldn't. An injured Darkseid came and explained that Galactus devours life energy, while Apokopis isn't technically alive. When Galactus asked him why he didn't tell him from the beginning and instead fought him, sacrificing many of his people, Darkseid explained that just like Galactus exists to devour worlds, he exits to bring destruction, pain, and suffering. He then tells Galactus that he has no business here and orders him and the Silver Surfer to leave his planet. I hope you find my comment helpful.

Notice you said an avatar of dark side. Dark sides avatars are always fighting and HANGING IF NOT WINNING. So I'm assuming if galactus even hungry had trouble with the avatar you can give the real dark side a shot

There was an official crossover comic that had Galalctus seeking to consume Apokolis. Darksied and his forces put up a mighty resistance, but ultimately Galactus prevailed. When proceeding to consume the planet, he found there was NOTHING to consume. Confused Galactus questioned Darkseid, "Why do you fight for such a worthless planet?" Darkseid's response, "Because this is my planet." Darkseid however pointed Galactus to DC's Earth.

There's no way Darkseid could handle the Silver Surfer like that, let alone Galactus.

Darkseid is called a new god. Every single physical version of himself is just a tiny fraction of his real powers as only that much comes through to that demision. Meaning everything you see here is between galactus and a shitty mirror image of Darkseid outside his own higher dimension. Im not making any of this up, Darkeid really is capable of pulling shit like this off due to plot holes and logic loops.

They don't get that Darkseid simply isn't on the same level as Galactus, that Thanos with no rings is not a guaranteed win for Darkseid and most comical of all that if Darkseid fought Thanos in a Universe where the Infinity Stones worked and Thanos had at least 3 of them Darkseid would be like a defenseless baby.

@@salvatorediangelo453 I think if Thanos wound up in the DC universe, one of his top priorities would be finding the DC equivalent to the infinity stones. The universe is huge, so it would be fairly easy to stay off Darkseid's radar until he could power up. And he would probably learn of Darkseid very quickly. He's very intelligent. I think it would boil down to Darkseid being the major evil power in the DC universe, but he never tried to kill off half the universe. This makes him unworthy and in need of a violent overthrow.

@@FatalFist Galactus didn't destroy apokalypse because there was no reason to also the fact he just left means he wasn't that hungry to begin with if he was really in need of food he would have looked closer at the near by "star" since he knew there was a planet he could feed on there the only reason he tryed to feed on apokalypse is because he mistook it for the planet he came to feed on not knowing the "star" was the real planet he came for. Galactus doesn't destroy planets for the fun of it, he isn't evil he does it because he needs to eat, planets like apkalypse do nothing for his hunger so there no point in consuming it

Marvel and DC already did a Darkseid/Galactus crossover written and drawn by John Byrne in the late 90s. That story played out much more logically than this piece of fan fiction. As powerful as he is the truth is Darkseid is no where nearly on the same level as Galactus. Byrne had to substantially weaken Galactus by making him starved of energy just so the fight wouldn't be so one-sided and even then, Galactus didn't even flinch when Darkseid hit him with his Omega Beams. For anyone interested in seeing how a confrontation like this would REALLY play out, go read "Darkseid vs Galactus: The Hunger", it's worth the read.

Darkseid is larger than a universe. He recently fought the empty hand when the empty hand was channeling the great darkness. Empty hand makes galactus look like absolutely nothing. Darkseid beat an Alan Scott who had the powerful of all the avatars and the power from all the green in the multiverse. He also beat Tartarus who basically was wielding a weapon rivaling the infinity gauntlet. Darkseids avatars take on the justice league and all they can do it send him back. Darkseid is crazy powerful. Has feats way above surfer and in cases way above galactus. Galactus recently got killed by Thor like he was nothing when he was supposed to be at his most powerful. Darkseid also killed zues as a teen. Destroyed pantheons of gods. Beat eclipso very easily. So yes Darkseid is astronomically powerful.

@@FatalFist I mean Darkseid didn't win shit every one on the planet was dead and he himself barely lived Galactus's attack, if Darkseid hadn't told Galactus the world was man made Galactus would of killed him and destroyed apokolips, the only reason he went to apokolips was because he came to feed on new genesis but when he got there new genesis was made to look like a star and Galactus only saw apokolips mistaking it for the planet he came to feed on but once learning apokolips was man made and would do nothing for him he left not bothering to feed on/destroy the planet because there was no point in doing so with Darkseid only being spared because Galactus saw him as little more then a ant and didn't see the need to kill him.

@@wilsonodhiambo8578 Depends on which Thor. He has gone through a lot of power ups and downs. It also depends on the Darkseid and the writer. Superman and Thor are in the same ballpark of power, so if Supes can beat Darkseid then so can Thor...if it is a version of Darkseid that beats Supes then it beats Thor probably. This video severaly underpowers Silver Surfer. Surfer could probably beat Supes most of the time, so if Supes can stand up to Darkseid so can Surfer.

DC & Marvel published a crossover in which Darkseid took on Galactus; even though Galactus was weakened, Darkseid's Omega Beams did nothing to stop Galactus. Check it out.

yes! I made sure I re-read that comic before I made this match up. His Omega Beams virtually did nothing lol. So in this one I flipped the script, let him defeat Silver Surfer with ease, and showed his Omega Beams at least fizzled GALACTUS' face! Thanks for the comment Stay Heroic!

In crossover comics , Superman beated the hell out of thor and Hulk 😂 , even Batman beated Hulk

This was really well done. Love the opening visual of Galactus in shadow but outlined in purple/ blue.

This is incredibly epic!I love how Darkseid grows to Galactus size putting Galactus in action! The last time i was Galactus in action was when AntMan tried to fight him lol.I hope part 2 is in production.Looks like it's going to be a great story!

Oh man! I recently re-watched that video, man has the textures/graphics come a long way. I specifically remember working on that scene because my old computer kept crashing when I was working on it! Great job, I really liked the battle between Darkseid & Galactus. My only small criticism is that I doubt Silver Surfer would still have a spine, so any effort by a villain against him trying that, would be/should be entirely futile. Silver Surfer shouldn't be so easily taken out by a villain with such minimal effort over his centuries as the Herald of Galactus, taking on likely thousands of empires of space-faring races.

Darkseid is larger than a universe. He recently fought the empty hand when the empty hand was channeling the great darkness. Empty hand makes galactus look like absolutely nothing. Darkseid beat an Alan Scott who had the powerful of all the avatars and the power from all the green in the multiverse. He also beat Tartarus who basically was wielding a weapon rivaling the infinity gauntlet. Darkseids avatars take on the justice league and all they can do it send him back. Darkseid is crazy powerful. Has feats way above surfer and in cases way above galactus. Galactus recently got killed by Thor like he was nothing when he was supposed to be at his most powerful. Darkseid also killed zues as a teen. Destroyed pantheons of gods. Beat eclipso very easily. So yes Darkseid is astronomically powerful.

@@jamesdawny1855 that’s precisely why Surfer could probably beat him on the right day and there’s no way he’d be dispatched so easy. Darkseid is always a limited avatar of himself. His “true power” is a useless fantasy, as far it matters in a fight. He can only operate through a limited avatar, and one that’s been smacked around by Superman, too. It just means he’d survive being destroyed since it’s just an avatar. His true form is more of a matter of durability and reincarnation or reconstitution, since you’re always only dealing with an avatar.

Why is Galactus hovering in space? Being that big, you'd think he would "hover" a little slower.🤷🏿‍♂️

Great artwork but no way Darkseid kills the Surfer that easily, "True Form Darkseid" looked like he wanted to pee his little panties at the end of the video.

Darkseid is not even in the same league as the Surfer, the Surfer alone would have just wompped him down. Darkseid always struck me as a cheesy character and back story, more like R rated version of Ming the Merciless.

The Surfer's Board has been destroyed at least once to my recollection (Morg cut it in half with his axe, but Surfer fixed it). But I agree that Surfer should have given Darkseid much more of a fight, instead of being the helpless pussy he was here.

No he wasn't. Don't forget that TYRANT was Galactus' first herald, but Tyrant was too powerful and arrogant and rebelled against Galactus. After a destructive battled, Galactus defeated Tyrant.
