NIce diagnosis: The stack fan runnning all that time with the circulator will suck lots of heat out of the boiler and up the chimney causing a high fuel bill. Thanks for the video.

Yes it will but it’s been running this way for numerous years. I don’t have the correct aqua static relay to get them up and running. It’s Thanksgiving, nothing opened. I could’ve wired a relay but I had several other calls and I just wanted to get them up and running.

Wow That was a full size service call/repair 🤣 The main purpose of an induced draft is to put more heat into the medium (air/water) the passage ways are closer together or there is a secondary heat exchanger. not sure how the vacuum switch is wired in on that unit, but I'd have targeted it for checking and testing. ** "I think" they simply cut the 24V power feed to the ignition module.
