Unless he wins us a cup then he will always be a Blackhawk/Ranger. As mark messier said you win together you walk together for the rest of your life. Let’s hope Kane and Panarin create magic together this season

For the greatest American hockey player and one of the all time greatest playoff performers. That's what made Kane & Toews superstars, they were bigger when it mattered.

Kaner when you come back to Chicago with the Rangers you will automatically have a standing ovation no matter what

I will be rooting for the Rangers for the rest of the season. Showtime and Breadman back together!!! I'm excited for Patrick Kane. And I'm excited for the Blackhawks future. The end of an era. The start of a new chapter.

my favorite player of all time, made me fall in love with the hawks, and hockey, i hope he resigns in his last few years after he wins a cup, always will be a blackhawk in my eyes, we love you patrick kane.

I’m a Bruins fan, but I can’t help but feel bad for Blackhawks fans. Losing a player who has basically been with their team for most of their career, then leaves after a long time really sucks.

Thanks for the kind words. There are a lot of Chicago fans, like me, who are literally devastated by this. I just can’t grasp the enormity of the loss. We only wish him the best and we’ll see him again when his #88 gets raised to the rafters.

On behalf of all Hawks fans, I’m sure we can all say: Go get that cup Kaner!

That time Chicago , Pittsburgh ,LA kings , Caps with Ovi , one of the best NHL times of all time to watch hockey.

I saw all 3 championships. And went to all the championship parades too. What an honor.

Thank you for bringing home lord Stanley for the first time since 1961 in 2010 and giving Chicago 2 more in 2013 and 15. The city of Chicago will always be grateful for the show you put on every time you stepped on the ice, and the person you were off the ice. Thank you Patrick, best of luck with the breadman in New York, make sure you light it up with showtime on broadway. Once a hawk always a hawk.

I watched Mikita and Hull play at the Stadium. They were great. I have never seen anyone play hockey like you! Your number will hang from the United Center rafters. Good luck, you will be missed in Chicago!!!

I'm a Blackhawk fan for almost 60 years, and this is as sad a day as i can remember, even though we all knew it was coming. Thanks Kaner, IMO the greatest Blackhawk ever. I sure hope Davidson knows what he's doing, I'm not so sure though. I wonder what Jonny Toews is thinking today?

Watched as Kaner scored his 1000th point on my birthday (Jan. 19th 2020). He's been with the Blackhawks since I started watching them in the early 2010s. I'm so sad to see him go, but thrilled he'll be able to play with Panarin again. Thank you for the championships, Kane, and thank you for the show.

Thank you Kane, I may be a Sabres fan, yet I love this man, thank you for all the duties you did for the Hawks.

Same this is the only hawks team I knew and feel In love with back in the 08-09 season the Chicago wolves were the team that really got me into the game in the early 2000’s then yes I kinda was a bandwagon hawks fan come 2009 considering how dead nhl hockey was in Chicago In the early 2000’s. Idk starting to lose interest in the game considering the new path the team has chosen have not watched many games over the past few years due to the amount of unsuccess hopefully a new era will come soon and restore my faith but it doesn’t look like it

I am 12, He is the reason he made me play hockey and i play with him. Fav to ever play. I was crying in emotions for him.

i played on the chicago jets when i was little, and i remember the hawks would practice at johnnys ice house. the inspiration the hawks gives these kids in chicago is more than they know. thank you kaner.

So sad to see him leave. He was the reason I became a blackhawks fan in 2013 when I was 8. I went to my first game in 2015 for my bday on Feb 24th.against the panthers. He got injured in the first period due to a check that broke his collarbone the game went to other and a shootout and hawks won 4-3 most memorable first NHL game and blackhawks game I've ever been to out of the 3 I've gone to. He will be missed gratly.🥺

Thanks for all the greats seasons here in Chicago . What a thrill to watch you play. Good luck with the Rangers . I hope you get another Stanley Cup and shame on the Blackhawks organization for having to trade you .
