  I don’t get the personality hype. I’m not saying he’s a jerk - I just don’t get what it’s based on and why people who know nothing of the inner workings are going along with it. I was actually getting a little low-key anxious watching this interview. I don’t know if it’s the standing and slouching, the magnetic shavings hairstyle, the press laughing at seemingly nothing… 🤷🏻‍♂️

  Kid is an absolute monster in the offensive zone. Causes the defense nothing, but problems. His moves are filthy. He needs to work on his defense his +\- is not great, however the Blachawks did give up quite a few goals.

  Levhsunov does not play defense in his own zone and makes abysmal decisions... not sure what you guys are scouting.. its terrible

  I just have a terrible feeling of drafting Levshunov 2nd overall.. way to many scouting reports with his hockey IQ and lack of defense... this will not go well 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

  He's playing at the University of Minnesota again this year. Lafferty will be playing in Buffalo, and it's not like the rest of those guys can't play on the wing.

  Do you know how many players move to the wing from center after coming to the NHL? Even Bedard wasn’t playing center for Canada at the worlds this summer. I’m not expecting Moore to play center in the NHL

  Bro what? Lafferty isn’t on the team, AA is not a center (they played him there out of necessity), Smith and Donato often play on the wing and will for the 1 year we’ll have them, and Moore is going back to college. Moore is probably a winger in the NHL though anyway.

  Are the Hawks the only team doing this off the ice stuff? I'm seeing videos of other teams rookies skating and meanwhile, the Hawks are "bonding" over a cooking class.

  No there's other teams that do this. They do it to focus on physical development. Weight room and diet focus mainly to help get them to where they want them to be physically. A week of ice drills doesn't improve any of these kids. Physical shape is pretty much the focus

  Kyle has done an amazing job (along with every scout) at drafting top end talent. You're shooting darts after the third rd. Sure there are always those who get overlooked , but most of the talent is in the first three rounds .

  You can see he has a great personality. Impressed by his working on English language. Use this time to engage with the guys and keep learning. It's a tough language. Every rule has exceptions.

  Honestly, I don’t think Davidson has missed. He’s rebuilding a team from nothing in under 5 years at this rate. And the youngest GM in the league, just killing it.
