Carrying thai baht is the best option and there is no upper limit as such i think don't carry more than 1 lakh baht

Hi, I will be landing in DMK airport at 4.30 AM and I have flight for phuket from DMK at 6.20 AM on the same day. My flight is not connecting flight. I have booked separately both the flight. I have 2 questions. 1) Is this time is enough to complete all processes in DMK airport and get flight for phuket? 2) Do I need to go for immigration in DMK airport only or once I reach phuket then if I do immigration and other processes, that will work as well? 3) Do I need to first check out in DMK airport and need to check in for phuket flight?

You'll have to go for immigration at Bangkok and then go for domestic transfers to Phuket. Most generally the airport guides the way just follow the signs for domestic transfers.
