Internal investigations are never satsifactory. A lot of internal misconduct is hidden and not released to the media or the public. All staff at that prison should be held accountable for the knowledge of what happened. They released a murderer and rapist back into society.

G4S Security - a private company runs this prison. We blame the corrupt lazy communists in charge of the South African government very often. But how did a private company allow this to happen?

Sure they need to brought to account and face punishment but the correctional services contracted them and were sent an email about this case last year already. But they did nothing about it and even claim the email is lost. So a joint effort

How did the deceased get into the prison, if the contractor was not part and parcel of the deceiving operation? Who is the deceased? What is his connection to G4S? Where did the money come from for this operation? Who is the sponsor of this operation? Why 1 year for the issue to reach the news? Operative for the SSA?

Thomas Chad is at pains trying absolve G4S from any responsibility. If you've hired security guards for your home, who's the first person you question when there's a burglary?

Nobody has the right to take another mans life. This is why prisons exist.. they're intended to reform the individual so that he/she is safe to be released back into society when their sentence is complete. Sadly there's not enough effort put in to help these people so they essentially lose their human rights. Bring back good governance and the cycle of crime will be hit hard.

As far as I am aware any transaction above 100,000 goes straight through the receiver of revenue. It must have been cash transactions

The characterisation of his release from jail as an escape is wrong, he was released and worse our correctional facilities house thousands of inmates who qualify for parole. Privileged inmates like shabir shaikh and Jacob Zuma also benefitted from this corrupt actions

I am a retired cop, if you find a prisoner is burnt in his cell beyond recognition, especially for serious crime like Bester, immediately I will suspect foul play and escaping and immediately start with an investigation to prove his identity and DNA.

Nothing to do with race my friend, it's money changing hands. G4S is throwing money around to keep their name as far from this as possible. They will probably only get in trouble "slap on wrist" if this dog r*pes or kills

G4S is internationally known for their incompetentance. But as they are part of the cabal, they keep being given contracts. I am astonished by what this man has achieved whilst in prison in a country known for the harshest conditions in the world. He must have been making some SERIOUS money because his the amount of people who are on his payroll to look the other way. The other inmates may not talk either as I'm sure Thabo 'employed' them too. All those prison employees which must include those as the top of the prison hierarchy and extending into people in the medical field( where did the body come from?) lawyers and accountants covering his business interests. 🤯 Then his girlfriend- a married doctor with 2 children. She threw her respectable life behind to be this man 🤯 He was busted out last May but this has only come to public attention within the last few week? 🤯 This man is a textbook definition of Psychopath but for some (racially motivated) reason the psychologist refuses to call Thabo so. This documentary is wild!!! Can't call it a story because this is no fiction, only straight facts 💯. Fact really is so much stranger than fiction 🤯
