Magudumana has abandoned bail application.... Don't sugarcoat it by saying she reserved her right to apply for bail at a later stage. People on social media who do not know the law nor care seriously about knowing the law, for example by just taking time to visit court to see how court processes go, should not be entertained. There is no special treatment afforded to Bester. In fact, it is to our benefit that some money and Human Resources will be spared with him appearing virtually. This happens daily in our courts.

What if Thabo Bester is asked to appear virtual because he escaped again and is not there in Kgosi Mampuru🙈😅

They are scared that something can happen on their way to bloemfontain.let them do it online.transporting this guy is very vey dangerous.they can arrange to kill him on his way to court or he can escape. It'd also refuse to transport him.very very risky for innocent people.

There's no need for Bester to apply for bail, he's a convicted criminal he's home there in cell 35 Broadway street

Now they are concerned about tax payers' money? When they paid R1.4 million for the Tanzania trip, where was this "moral standing"... What exactly is Thabo Bester appearing for? If she can have other people's passports and cross the border without using any of those passports, how can she be trusted to remain in RSA? She has proven that she has means to bypass ports of entry. How do we know for sure that these are ALL the witnesses/suspects involved? Mxm.

People should also remember that none of the accused are facing higher schedule offences. No one is facing murder charges for Bereng. I think people are confused regarding what they are accused of at this stage.

Iam non South African but feel v much part of the pipo coz iam black African. Why should criminals be given choices ?T.Nkwana doesn't deserve this special handling.He killed that beautiful lady and many pipo lost lives for his sake,Katlego for instance. Judiciary in SA needs najkr overhaul,retire the majority of Officers and senior pice Officers. Criminals can only be treated with soft hands under corruption. @@Dinahkay1 What about having empathy for the other 2 bodies she claimed and one of them she decided to dump in the river with a mortuary tag still on. No one knows what she did with a second body. The third one was Katlego Bering. Can you use your mind for once and think about those poor families who never got a chance to say farewell to their loved one because of your favorite doctor. This not a rumor hence there are affidavits from the police that state that she wrote and signed them then put her fingerprints on, So please think twice before you talk about empathy
