Rob Leatham is a regular guy who grew up loving guns. His family spent many weekends in the Arizona desert camping and shooting together. After high school, Rob started competing in pistol matches. It wasn’t long after that, he began winning National and World-Level events and caught the eye of several sponsors. And the rest, as they say, is history.
Rob is highly regarded as one of - if not THE - most-winning Practical Pistol Competitor in history. His sheer number of National and World Shooting Trophies make him unique.
Rob’s MAJOR U.S. and World Championship wins in USPSA, IDPA, IPSC, Steel Challenge and the NRA Bianchi Cup combine for a GRAND TOTAL of over 100 major championship titles!
In 2013, Rob became the first USPSA 6-Division Grand Master based on his
National Championship rankings. To date, he is a 7-Division Grand Master, having added Carry Optics to the list.

Mr. Leatham, it was you who inspired my interest in shooting back in the late 80s early 90s. THANK YOU!!!! I've learned so much from you over the last 30 years. You don't know me, but you have made me a better, safer and more competent shooter today. If I ever do meet you, I owe you a beer, dinner, whatever!!
I don’t participate in competition shooting so I don’t know of many pro shooters, but I definitely know who Rob Leatham is. I saw videos of him shooting Springfield firearms years ago and that is what started my love of Springfield guns. I have a total of 12, all Springfields, and I owe a lot of that to Rob Leatham and his being an incredible brand ambassador.

I’ve watched this video several times over the months. Best piece of firearms brand marketing I’ve seen. Why? Speaking a truth from experience resonates with people. Now, back that up with quality product and customer service to create a winning combo.

Just how i feel that all firarm manufacturers should be manufacturing ammo for their products, We need the pro 2A community to come together, all manufacturers and distributors. They should help by lowering costs to engrave, pistols at lower to SBR them. We need huge price drops on sales of SBR’s so that more law abiding citizens can own them. So that they become a normal firearm to have. This can help more , probably than waiting for the lawsuits. Imagine selling all SBR $400 les or more to help offset the cost of having to go through NFA trust Drawn up , fingerprinting , engraving, NFA tax. The same thing should also be done for suppressor manufacturers, having inexpensive quick attach muzzle adapters and suppressors so that we can all afford them making them common in the firatms 2a community.
