@@SpaceGuyOnline "Them" is referring to his own (TF2) teammates. It's the explanation why the TF2 characters keep dying but then miraculously coming back (respawning): Their souls are trapped in the Medic so they literally can't pass on to the afterlife.

I didnt understand any word of this video... great lore tho

i love how little sense this explanation makes if you havent read the comics, like why soldier is always covered in honey, how soldier became a lawyer, priest, and kill me come back stronger user.... now that i think about it even reading the comics doesn't explain soldier

The military were just idiots to turn down a legendary Jane Doe, aka Soldier. They could've won WW2 in only days if they enlisted soldier to fight in the front lines.
