If there was a man like him in my Universe I would marry him instantly. Grace, elegance and intoxicating intelligence combined with regal beauty and charm, that is how I define him. I never was the type of person to have favourite actors and actresses and a fangirl that screams every time her fav star appears, but there is something about him that makes me want to have the ability to bring back the dead. I remember the first time I saw this music video. My reaction was WOW. 8 years later and my reaction is still WOW.

Gotta give kudos not to just to Alan Rickman but also for the director and crew that made this video. In hindsight it perfectly sums up his life and appeal: he's there, he wows us all with his gentle masculinity yet very evident sex appeal, then at the end he departs on a high note, going back to his home with no regrets, save for leaving us wondering if we'll be able to manage without him. This is as much a pre-emptive tribute to him as it is a Texas song video.

The decision to have or not have kids is often a thing couples can't compromise on and it mostly ends in break ups or divorce (even worse when couples DO have kids and one parent ends up resenting them). This is my favourite music video ever. I might not be a hardcore fan like most of the people here but I greatly appreciated him and loved to watch him in various roles. His death hit me the hardest in 2016, not gonna lie 😭

RIP Alan Rickman. 1 year since he left us. I remember an interview with Sharleen Spiteri,about the dance , she said " He told me, no don't do that with your arm, do this! It makes the muscles more defined" He just wanted her to look good on camera.

I miss him, to never know someone but to know them just the same. He was Elegance, Strength, Beauty, and only he could make a gas station beckon before him. I wish he could have stayed a little longer, but what he left behind will charm generations to come.

I will always remember Alan Rickman from Die Hard and Prince of Thieves, he really elevated both movies and left a lasting impression with me ever since. I heard another song from Texas on the radio the other day so that's why I'm here as I seemed to recall they did a music video with Alan Rickman in it. He will always remain a timeless class act even now that he's gone.

I remember seeing this for the first time... I was his from the opening. Such an incredible talent, such a wonderful man. I shall miss you forever, Alan. Thank you for everything.

She is one lucky lady! Alan Rickman was the hottest most delectable man on earth! Now he is gone, breaking millions of women's hearts. But he will never be forgotten and will always be missed. Particularly by his wife. RIP

When I first saw this video when it came out I developed a full on crush on Alan Rickman. I know I’m not the only one. We all miss him. I feel badly for his wife now, having to be without him ❤️
