TEXAS BEEF RIBS ON SHIRLEY OFFSET SMOKER
Hello, welcome back to Cook & Bbq 247! I smoked this nice rack of beef ribs! With the smoke flavor from the hickory and oak along with the Moe Cason Beef rub it turned out well.
Beef Ribs
Hot sauce as a binder
Moe Cason beef rub
Oak and hickory wood
200 degrees first hr
275 - 325 until probe tender

do you keep the smoker covered outdoors ?

Good morning, she stays in a garage 90% of the time. When I have multiple cooks it’s outside. I check the forecast if rain is coming yes I cover with heavy tarp and I put a bucket over the stack. If no rain is coming. I only put bucket over stack. Thank you for your comment. I am a open book on bbq and my smoker.
