The BEST way to smoke RIBS on an offset smoker!

This is the best way to get sweet and sticky ribs on your offset smoker.
Get yourself a nice drive room that has notes of brown sugar and cover those ribs. Then throw them on your smoker for four hours. After that we’re gonna put a layer of barbeque sauce and then wrap them in butchers paper and then smoke them for one hour, then remove them from the butchers paper put more barbeque sauce on another layer and put them back on the smoker for one more hour.
