Hi Grace I know you are struggling with hay fever and are sensitive to lactose so you're avoiding the tablets but just wanted to let you know you can still take the antihistamine liquids. They don't contain lactose eg piriteze you can also get an antihistamine slow release injection which would Last the summer period 😘 ps Peter Andre has a reality series on KZread during lockdown with his wife and family it's on The Sun KZread channel (I know it's an awful newspaper but the series is actually quite good!)

She's actually allergic to dairy. So for example, it doesn't matter if some cows milk is made lactose free, she still can't consume it.

Yes I know she's dairy intolerant which is why she can't have antihistamine tablets but she can have the liquid as there is no dairy in it. Patients who have a dairy intolerance don't need to suffer with hay fever because they can't take the tablets I just wanted to let her know that there are alternatives out there

I'm 100% going to try the date snicker thing! Also when you brought up the teaspoon/cup error all I could think was if that was in Bake Off it would have been one of those classic moments 😂 (I know that recipe wasn't baking but you know what I mean)

With the normal plain tapioca boba you need to soak in brown sugar syrup that probably why when you tried the boba tea mix before you didn't like the plain boba.
