Gonna have to look up how to use a meteor hammer lol... i have trouble with flexible weapons myself, Tie a tennis ball to some rope to practice with if you wanna learn how to use one. the purpose of this weapon is to spin it to maximise impact force, it also makes attacks a little unpredictable aswell as have a greater effect on armor (blunt force trauma ignores most plating, and the head of the weapon bends around shields) good build, i'd teach you some martial techniques for your gadgets but...

Mk Sv Assuming of course that that human is capable of absorbing the impact, otherwise the skull would take the hit similiarly to the dry wall. I doubt it would be much of a business for self defense items if it wasnt capable of defending. Though I have heard stories of people taking bullets to the head and posing for pictures. Course I have no idea on the credibility for such things.

A human skull can survive it with minor damage, but zombies are decayed and rotten. Most likely their bones and skull are easy to break.

Trust me if the paracord lanyard was longer it would be much harder to control. I made a training Kusari-gama with a balled up pair of socks and some duct tape and about...6 or so feet of paracord..it gets pretty outta control sometimes and it's light. When you add weight and are starting out and have no idea how to handle recoil or control the momentum of the weight at the end things like this are pretty dangerous for the user as well. With the lanyard the length he has it it extends range past what your own fist would have, add in the momentum of the cue ball at the end..if it hits ANY part of your attacker, they WILL feel it. You hit the wrist, they will more than likely drop whatever their holding, if you know rope and binding techniques you can take control of that limb and make the fight even more in your favor. You hit the sides, it's gonna hurt them, maybe make them rethink trying something, and god forbid you get that thing going and whack someone in the head with it. They WILL feel that, you may concuss them, or if you hit them in the right spot you could outright kill them. Same for hitting them in the throat, if you hit it right and that thing is going full speed you could rush their windpipe, this thing ain't for casual fun and games no matter how fun it looks to smash drywall or 2x4s with depending on the videos you see, these things are usually made to be cheap and easy to make self defense tools that are easy to carry on your person so that you have some kind of self defense if your mugged by someone with a weapon or an animal that will not be scared off and your forced to attack to make them back off.

I know I'm late to the party, but if you're still looking for details on how to use this weapon, look up the "meteor hammer" used in Chinese martial arts. The principle is that you move in the same way that you would for fist combat (throwing it in the motion of a straight jab, sweeping like an overhead chop, etc.). However, the longer chord allows for greater acceleration and, therefore, greater force. It also allows for greater reach - getting around shields, keeping out of reach of counter-offense and so on - and reduces the risk of damaging the combatant's hand. On the other hand, it can also be used with the chord drawn in, for close-in combat. As was said in the video, though: use caution. The meteor hammer is considered an advanced weapon - typically taught after one has learned unarmed combat, batons/cudgels, sequentially longer and more flexible staves and then multi-section staves in progression. Remember to master (or at least have a good grasp of) the fundamentals before moving on to fancier things.

For anyone wondering about the Mask/Visor, it seems to be the " _Dye Precision I4 Thermal Paintball Goggle_ " with a custom LED display behind the lens. And costs around $120.

Maybe you could have some sort of external power source, perhaps on your hand like the stun glove on Cpt Intrigue's channel, braid the paracord around a thin wire that leads to the ball, and have that electrify the metal screw assembly, to add a stun point.

Dear G3AR, i think a good COMBO would be hold like a baseball and toss it slightly above your target and as it gets at the right angle slam/jerk it down into the head/shoulder then spin to your left/right (depending which side you hit from) still pulling it then come back around with it and 1: bring it up by pulling it a little down then performing an uppercut motion then hitting them in the chin to almost guarantee a unconscious attacker, or 2;bring to the side of their head near the thin bone there ( cant remember the name) to knock them out or possibly kill them so use that in emergencies, or 3: repeat the first move bringing it down on their head but not performing the spin move. like or reply if you agree or have another move he cold try instead of sorta flailing it around CARELESSLY. like if you think he should use it on an ivan head on zombie go boom. Noah Whetstone So is a lock, I think. But one can always rip off a piece of sleeve or something. Regardless, yes, that form, with stuff inside a sock is also very popular. Here, they use anything. Locks, bars of soap, paint, even making knots.

very interesting. for more of a punch, add small rivets to the surface or even tiny spikes. you whip that out on your assailant, they'd run bc they know they won't be walking away with their life (if you aim at non vital areas)

I say a way to improve it for like you said at the beginning to add a shock you can put so metal wiring through the paracord braid and then add the taser and add a thinish metal sheet around the ball

Would love to pre-order one of these, especially if it was the MKII version (aka the nicer looking one). I tried looking up Maker Spaces in my city and only found one and it's close to other side of town. i made this and (don't worry he was wearing 3 shirts and 2 huge jackets and a helmet) i tried it on my friend and it was kinda fun to just smack someone with it Lol. Recommended homemade weapon 10/10
