I think that sponge may be a knock-off, the official sponge is called "sneakeraser". You're not supposed to use the orange side. You clean with the white side and then wipe if off with the orange part.

You can literally wash Crocs with any soap and water. Do not need specialty products for foam rubber.

Ima be real crocs are not the sneaker to test for cleaning, they could be squeaky clean with a wet paper towel.
