Victorian Pallor seems a lot more like Army Painter Flesh Wash, than it does Soft Tone. Much more red, as befits a wash for bringing color to flesh.

These do look good, I'd consider trying some of them myself. I especially liked the gold combined with the wash and also some of the gemstones too.

He's from One Gold Piece, hard to scale to my other stuff but a fin sculpt, they appear to be working on a full empire/ Brett army of flings.

Always test gold metallics over a dark brown, like Rinox Hide etc. You don't get the same depth of color on black.
