baby powder between the two mold pieces works pretty good. put just a bit and brush it all over the surface

Nicely done, I love making standards using brass rods :)

That's awesome ... I have about 12 of these guys in my bit box. Need to dig them out and paint them.

This is awesome to watch this army getting built. I'd love to have a proper vintage metal army like this. But me 3D printing proxies will likely be my only way to afford it. Still trying to get my hands on the rules. Thank you for sharing all of these videos with us.

The Minotaurs with fists in my collection are going to get shields someday.

Thats a good idea, only issue is that the fists are faced down and too near the legs so it wont be super simple. I guess you can either twist the hands round 90 degrees or try to put on a shield at an awkward angle.

When I finish my first 500 PTS I'll do a little mini army showcase with everything Ive painted so far

if you felt heresy doing this, i felt similar when i cracked open 4 blisters of the orignal jes goodwin skaven blisters from '84.

what type of instya mold did you use?

The way I see it, there's no shame in opening old model blister packs. Minis are meant to be painted and played with. It's what they were intended for. Not sticking inside yellowing plastic, unloved, for all eternity.

Agreed, I'd have opened the lot if needed them, it just feels wrong somehow.
