Had multiple 3s and while the new 3 (highland) is nice, the Y is the PERFECT family car (esp if you opt for the 3rd for extra kids/friends, it’s as useful as a minivan and as fun as a super sport SUV)

I think she should get the upcoming Refreshed Model Y, then you can use it to create content! It will be a popular tesla in terms of search/views because it will be the best selling tesla! She'll be "digging it" too :)

@@Butter_EV ... oh yeah, i forgot we don't even know "when" it will actually get release. Do a Model 3 highland Lease for 2 years.. that'll be great content and a FUN car for her too!
I've driven (test drove/overnight test drove/rented) about 15 different teslas - 3 model s, 4 model x, 3 model y, and about 5-6 model 3's. Combined about 25k miles. Absolutely love teslas, would really love to buy one. Just cant justify the price for even a model 3 that can't tow/haul much and is not even an suv which is more comfortable. Teslas is always addding stuff to make the cars better and better- my biggest complaints with the latest model 3 is that the headlights are not bad, but they were better before the refresh, the sound system is not any better than previous (even though it's supposed to be) and the interior color light strip is not bright enough at night and there is no way for you to make it brighter than "just barely being able to see it". The refreshed model 3 I test drove was during the dark, and I know the interior light CAN go brighter because if you go into the settings to change the color then it's significantly brighter when you're doing that, but as soon as you pick a color it goes dim again.

🤣 definitely tighter than I’d like but if I bought one it’ll be my wife’s car and she’s 5’3”
