The matte black fits the car perfectly makes it look bad ass

I know there's a lot of criticism, but I love that design so much. So cool.

It will not sell ! Tesla doesn't offer very much features in their cars ! Musk once said Model 3 will be the best equipped car money can buy ! Yes he really said that but unfortunately he didn't deliver ! I have never seen a so poorly equipped car compared to the competition! No Radar, no HUD, no Cross Traffic Detection, it doesn't stop automatically infront of obstacles while parking, no front bumper camera, no 360 View, no modern Radar Park Sensors and instead of that a terrible software "solution", no Matrix-Headlights and so much more missing !

Alarm system with 360camera recording including live stream to phone from everywhere. Controlling the entire car with a watch if you like to. I working voice control. Heated back seats and steeringwheel. Fast operating system and fast app control. Entire roof as sunroof. Shared driver profiles on all cars. None contact service drop offs.. no timed service intervals. And then the main benefits power, range and charging speeds with own Charger Network that just works? I am in Europe and I cannot name one of the local companies that gets you this package.. but I am always open for suggestions.

The matte black is a good idea; it will help hide the wrinkles on the bends of their panels. There's a wavy thing going on the edges that you can see in reflections.

The front looks cool but I hate the way the back looks, I’m not sure about the gaps but if I’m buying a brand new truck I want everything flush and the tailgate looks… off. I’ll wait until it’s been out a year or 2 seeing reviews before considering buying. The Tesla I really want is MY 2024 juniper refresh 😌. Can’t wait, going to be my graduation gift to myself.

@@Alarix246 it’s documented that a lot of the models first off the line released to the public as still having preproduction issues. For CT Do I expect those issues to still be present in a few years? No. But you’d be an idiot to get one of the first models out of the factory. I expect some if not most of the issues to be present, rather wait. Take the knee pads off, wipe the Elon jrs off ya lips. My friends have Teslas and they all said the fit and finish of the cars isn't good. The performance and drive is great! Since Tesla is a tech company I can see this. If Audi was to buy Tesla it would be the perfect marriage.

@@Turbo.M777 It would make parallel parking much more difficult. That's not fun. I assume you have a single space available that you can back into in one move. Just. Now you are in crab mode, and your turning circle is huge or infinite, so you crab back and forward 3-4 times turning the steering wheel maximum every time, and you're there. That's how I imagine it, at least. There must be something to this, since people seem to be in awe at the concept. Maybe it is just plain fun driving on an angle?

You can only crab walk sideways or in a circle on loose gravel. On asphalt or cement will shred the tires pretty quick.

@@doctoroctos Crab walking pick-up trucks is always shown as driving forwards or backwards while all four wheels are steered in the same direction, so that the vehicle moves on an angle, but doesn't turn (much). That should not shed tires dramatically.

I thought the "genius" of the stainless steel was that it avoided the need for paint. Nothing I have seen recently suggest that the CyberTruck is ready for customer delivery by the end of November, well not 2023, not even confirmation of the price.

I believe all teslas sold in the US are made in the US so it will probably get the discount still since they announced it will also be made in Austin. The german ones will be for the european and other foreign markets

25k Tesla will be built in Texas first and unlikely to be shipped from Germany to USA.

'The Tesla Cybertruck is not yet in existence thanks to multiple delays. We'll see soon enough. I do have a reservation, but at their intended output capacity, I won't be driving one for at least a couple years and that is fine by me. Of any other vehicle out there, Tesla's get the most intense levels of scrutiny. from the public and media, and that's a good thing.

Crabbing is a bit of a Hummer gimmick. The solution for a problem that doesn't seem to exist...and then copied. What's the point?

I put a downpayment on 4 cybertrucks in 2020. I requested a refund on the, "fully refundable" deposits in mid 2022. They cancelled my production numbers and did not return my deposits. I have written them every month since and they don't answer the emails beyond their first letter of acknowledging my registration numbers. Has anyone else had a problem getting back their deposits. It's $600 Cnd. in this case. Not worth a lawsuit unless I can get a Class Action lawsuit.

i will never understand the tesla fanboys. you get excited over a matte black paint job on a car that was promoted to be steel. these prototypes,that aren't even production ready, look so ugly and nothing like the original. when the truck isn't lifted the proportions are just super weird, those wheels look so out of place...but most importantly this thing will probably never come to the market and certainly not for 40k$, so all of you got tricked by a conman into depositing 100$ of interest free loan into the tesla accounts for a car y'all can't afford. i already see the law suits coming. all the other car manufacturers brought out usable EV trucks, you can buy right now. and i'm not arguing with people that hold tesla shares like y'all have some objectivity left in your body. when cathy woods believes in teslas future, that's just wishful thinking and not a profound analysis.

I love the Cybertruck look and concept (LOVE IT) but a profile view plainly shows that the drive approach and exit angle for off-roading, sucks. Actually, it looks pitifully awful. Any Tacoma (or Ford) would be far better for off roading. It's supposed to be a truck ... fix it ASAP.
